all I wanted was a pink drink, maybe took four sips because the entire cup is filled with ice. Respectfully, would you want to drink something like this… No, so don’t serve that to a paying customer.

The only employee working didn’t greet us or show any friendliness. While she took our order, I noticed she wasn’t writing anything on the cups like usual. My partner ordered a refresher without strawberries, and I automatically worried it would be wrong since she didn't write down the modification. Sure enough, it came out with berries. My partner sent it back, she didn’t remake it. She just strained the strawberries out, leaving pieces still floating in the drink. After that, she seemed annoyed, because when my drink was ready, she didn’t call it out or say anything; she just slammed it down on the counter. We were the only customers there, so it wasn’t like she was stressed or overwhelmed

Horrible. Ordered a few drinks one was watered down. The other one burnt tasting with after taste of pepermint it so over powering.

Ordered matcha today and the barista didn’t mix it at all. had chunks all throughout the matcha. they don’t make very well drinks and they’re always rushing.

I went in today and ordered a venti pink drink with sweet cold form, the young girl made it she gave me a half of a cup of pink drink and then the other half with sweet cold form, ik thats not how it is made I goto alot of starbucks and I will never go back to that starbucks again for what I paid for a pink drink and walked away with what she made is very disappointed

Wasted $7 on a grande iced caramel macchiato. There was very little caramel and an abundance of milk. Never going back

I’ve only come to this Starbucks twice. The second time was because I wanted to give it another chance. Both times, I was not greeted and was probably standing there for about 2 minutes before either of the workers could pause from their conversation to notice me. Both times I ordered caramel ribbon crunch frappe and both times, they were made incorrectly. The second time, the barista didn’t even put caramel in it… and I requested extra whipped cream and instead of putting extra on top, the barista filled up almost half of the bottom of the cup with whipped cream… which just doesn’t make sense to me. I like the idea of a Starbucks inside target- it’s an easy on the go fuel-up so a good selling point. The atmosphere is clean and well kept and has adequate seating options. I just wish there was more attention paid to the quality of products I’m paying for. If you want quality drinks and a friendly, attentive atmosphere, 564 Grand Army in Somerset is 5 stars, and it’s a 10 min drive up the street from target

It's always the same, every time we go they never want to serve the frape with half an hour left, all restaurants should serve the entire menu until the last minute of closing, poor service, 5 customers left because they didn't want to sell, they are losing money.

customer service here was exceptional. Everyone was nice they were pleasant. They were eager to please you they called out your name when your order was ready and a nice Voice absolutely 100% better experience than Dartmouth Massachusetts.
