Placed an online order to be ready for 1030 google said place was open so it let me pay went to pick up order at 1045 and... place was closed. Not only did I not receive the food I paid for I have been calling all day to get a refund at first some one answered they hung and no one has answered the phone all day. Can't leave a manger a message because voicemail is full. This particular location has gone down hill from customer service to the quality. I won't be back

The staff does their best with what they have but they seem to get little support from upper management. They’re constantly out of stuff whether it’s certain vegetables, bread, meats or even to go bags. Something is always missing. Not to mention some of the staff don’t change their gloves as much as they should especially when you’re touching food, utensils, ovens, toasters, and a register.

Stephen Souza no longer owns this Subway and since, the quality has gone down monumentally. I've been getting sandwiches out of old bread, which never happened before. The workers are great though.

We had a large catering order for event on 8/11./23 . Staff & manager Steve were flexible & very helpful with our order . Meghan did excellent job with our order of subs which guests enjoyed for lunch . Subs were fresh , delicious & nicely packaged . Thank you very much Meghan for great job & for your excellent service. I would highly recommend this subway .

The last review I left my husband got his ears chewed off by an employee for leaving an honest review it wasn't great that day .... And we said so. Apparently the staff is allowed to bug if they don't care for a review..we still ate there and do ... This time the bread was old.Definitely NOT baked fresh that day!

The worker here is so pleasant. Hes friendly and polite to everyone. I wish i knew his name or Id give him the shout out. Tuna flatbread with veggies was delicious. The white chocolate and raspberry cookie was fresh too. Yum.
