I had shake here twice. The first time it was perfect. However, the one I got today was very watery. I went to talk to a crew member, and she told me that this is just how they them, and refused to compensate me in any way. I threw the shake straight into the trash can. I’m disappointed at the service and I won’t be coming back.

Normally I would rate this place five stars, but my last experience there was not the best lady got my order wrong and didn't listen to anything I said at the window when I was getting my order, she gave it to me in a cup and it had like no hot fudge or butter scotch on it and she didn't give me my waffle Cone I ordered and also left out my sprinkles 🤬🤬🤬 I couldn't be all the bad service I got with how slow it was!!! Plus you pay and arm and a leg to get bad service!!
