Brunch for a family event in a separate room, very nice venue, service was very good and food was good. Would definitely recommend for a small event

I love the Rookery! Great modern pub food with a menu that updates so there's always something new to try. The atmosphere and bar are so cozy and cool we love sitting at the bar and enjoying all of the great cocktails all while chatting with the awesome bartenders and servers.

Such a cute place and food is delicious. Mom had the fish sandwich and I had the BBQ pork tacos, both with salads, so good. Jimmy was our waiter and he made the experience with his personality and service. He noticed right away our table was wobbly and fixed it ASAP without us having to even say anything….even noticed him fixing another one in the dining room while we were eating, he was on it! Genuinely a nice person and we will be back for sure and will be asking for Jimmy!

The outside of this restaurant had me filled with high hopes and the inside kept those hopes alive....but, unfortunately, were quickly crushed.
We were quickly brought to our table by the very nice hostess which was great...but that's where the greatness ended.
We waited for roughly 5 minutes before being greated by our waitress, who didn't introduce herself by name, and asked for our drink order, which took roughly 10 minutes to arrive.
Then we placed our order which consisted of a goat cheese dip for an appetizer(which was the highlight of the meal) and three burgers of different variety but requested cooked the same way(medium).
After another 10 minute wait, the appetizer arrived and was very good which left us eagerly awaiting the burgers we had ordered. 20 minutes later, the burgers were delivered...they looked really good but looks are deceiving...one was cooked on the rare side of life, one was medium well and the other was cooked to a very, VERY well done, not in a good way.
Two of the burgers were supposed to come with mayonnaise, but none was to be found. The other burger was supposed to come with Alabama white sauce which was nearly nonexistent. I'm sure we could have gotten the order refired and cooked properly....but our waitress failed to check in on us. After driving for 4 hours, we just ate what was put in front of us.
I asked a different waitress for another round of drinks because our waitress was nowhere to be found, she didn't even bring us our 2nd round of drinks.
Another 15 minutes had passed and our waitress, Courtney T.(I got her name from the receipt), finally came back and asked if we were all set...didn't ask how our meals were, didn't ask if we wanted anything else....NOTHING!
Customer service and food preparation is DEFINITELY lacking at this establishment. For the price I paid for 3 burgers and mediocre, at best, sides( fries and bland, frozen onion rings), I could have and SHOULD have gone elsewhere!

It was our second time there. A bit short staffed, but Hannah was an excellent server and everything was great. Ready good food and portion sizes. Can recommend the pepperoni flatbread along with the mango cider ale. The burgers were quite tasty too.
