We went here today for the 1st time. Sat at the bar and had John. He was a great bartender. We had fun joking around with him. The goat cheese app was recommended by people at the bar and John. He made great martinis. Their $14. The wings were delicious. They have different rubs and sauces to choose from. I got too full from the apps but the fish sandwich was also tremendous! Nice Cole slaw on the sandwich. You get your choice of onion rings, fries, or tater tots. Mmm. We will definitely go back here.

Friendly staff and delicious food! Cozy vibe. I went 3 times in 10 days to try different items on menu lol. Loved the ‘bama round up brisket burger with onion rings; red wine short ribs mac & cheese; and short rib melt. The amarena cherry gelato served on brownie sundae is amazing!

The Rookery Pub is a truly great place. Just arriving here you can see how charming & welcoming it is. I was worried about getting a table during peak Friday hours especially since the place it quite small but we were able to be seated without issue. They had a good selection of wine, cocktails, mass & craft beers to choose from. The menu was on the simple end but it was honestly hard to choose from since it all sounded so good. The California turkey was excellent. Massive portion & easily big enough to bring some home or to share it. The beef & bleu flat bread was less good but still quite delicious ( I am not really a fan of bleu cheese). I am already looking forward to going back.

This such a cute little eatery in Swansea. We came on a whim on a Friday and did not have to wait for a table for two. The decor and atmosphere were cozy and inviting. The espresso martini was good albeit on the sweeter side. The beers on draft were cold and reasonably priced. I got the beef and bleu flatbread as my main. The flavors were great but the bleu very much outweighed the beef. If the proportions were more balanced, they'd get a 5! The short rib was tender and makes me wish I got the short rib melt. This spot is about 10 min from my house and I will definitely be back, as well as trying their sister restaurant. All the food at neighboring tables looked delicious so we can't wait to try something new!

Wish I had taken a pic of the amazing burger. Been here with a group of 12 or just 2 of us. Service has always been fantastic. Drinks are good and price accordingly. Certainly a little gem in a town that doesn't have many food choices

We were a party of 8 on a Saturday night.Jacob the manager was attentive and accommodating. He sat us in a cozy room to wait for our table to be ready. We were able to get settled and order drinks. After a short wait we were told our table and drinks were ready. Next, we were greeted by our server Courtney. She was charming and delightful. The food and drinks did not disappoint. The tater tot appetizer was perfection! Jacob checked in with us as well to see how things were going . We all had a fantastic experience and definitely will be going back!

Came here on a Friday and snagged the last 2 bar stools. Bartender was friendly and efficient. Ordered the pepperoni flatbread and salt and vinegar chicken tenders. Both were very good, portion size of the tenders was on the smaller side. Overall good food and service large parking lot. Only down side is it's a smaller space and I found all the tables and bar seats to be very close.

Wow! Such a solid place with a good atmosphere. They were so busy tonight but everything was top notch! I ordered the deviled eggs, burger "as rare as possible" and 2 dirty martini's. The deviled eggs were balanced so well, the burger was cooked to the perfect emp and the dirty martini's were amazing. Our server was also top notch and was right on top of it. Even the hostess grabbed us a spoon when she was walking by and we needed help. A++ IM SO GLAD I ATE HERE!

I had the Carne asada. Tasty but a bit dry though the beef was dry.Chips and guac on the side were good.Friend had the chix sandwich which was also a bit dry as she asked for some mayoFacility is very inviting. Liking the outdoor patio dining when summer comes.Lots of beer choices and a reasonable amount of wine choices.Very positive experience for the most part.Wheelchair accessibility: Good wheelchair Access on flat surface.

We had a reservation at The Aviary last night but when we showed up the doors were locked. Since the Rookery is right there, I walked in to see if they knew what was going on. Apparently there was an issue with the kitchen at The Aviary and they had to close. The host and manager at the Rookery went into action and let our party of 8 sit in a private room with a fireplace. We were celebrating a birthday and since it was already after 7 on a rainy Sunday night, it could have ended up a disaster, but the staff at The Rookery were awesome. Jessica was our server and she was wonderful. The food and drinks were great. We will definitely be back
