I dont normally come to this location, but the last time I came, a woman with long blond hair who is believed to be the manager was arguing with a customer the guy walked out while she just laughed. Now this morning decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. The same woman who seemed to be in a bad mood got very angry when I received my food with 1/2 of bacon after being charged $2 more. I asked very politely if more bacon could be added. She then hurled my food into the trash while she complained in front of the GM. Very un professional and would rather take the extra 10 minutes drive for better hospitality, especially from a manager.

I have no clue what these comments are even talking about! This is the BEST DD in all of Taunton. I walked in and was greeted with smiles and we had a really great conversation. The young lady with the green hair is the sweetest soul I've ever met. She was so funny too! Had me laughing and definitely made my day!

There is always something wrong with my order at this location. Today my latte was ice cold. Last time my hashbrowns were ice cold. Before that, the espresso machine was broken, then they were out of milk. This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. They need new management.

One of the rudest Dunkin Donuts in the chain. The staff is bad but you can clearly tell they're led by a terrible management team. They'd rather argue with customers versus working with them.
Absolute worst DD in the area. The service is horrible. Order was completely wrong. Staff is always rude. "Manager" Sam is in noway a manager! She was so horrible at fixing a simple order and does not have patience, nor customer service skills. She also talks bad about customers IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS with the team member with the ugly blue hair. both rude every single time I have ever been there. How they still have jobs, is beyond me.

This is solely about the service. They are not equipped to be doing early mornings and it shows. They are either not staffed or trained. I have been in this Dunkin line for 15 minuets they take an order stop make it then take the next order. Dunkin needs to go and put a Marylou’s here. This is completely pathetic and they constantly make people late for work. Stop hiring kidsUpdate! Finally had my order taken after 13 minutes. There was only 3 cars in front of me. There is one employee working. Don’t open if you staff calls out. Take the loss of not opening instead of losing customers. Whoever is at the window keeps walking away making the line wait longer. After 22 minuets waiting I left. That is my car ride to work!!! I don’t mind waiting but 22 minuets is insane

Prices keep going up at this Dunks I will no longer go to this location. $3.40 for a small Iced coffee! I can go to a dunks down the street and get a Medium for that price.
