Genuinely one of the worst Dunkin's I've ever been to. My drink was fine (a bit too much ice) but they completely forgot about my wrap. I was waiting for five minutes before I took initiative and asked if my wrap was done. The worker I spoke to was kind about it, but I watched her communicate my missing wrap to her co-worker who proceeded to claim that I had my wrap already. After waiting another 5 minutes, the worker taking care of the wraps begrudgingly handed me my wrap and said nothing while giving me a dirty look. Horrible service, food was mid, hope I don't forget about the service here and mistakingly come back.

If I could give this place no stars, I totally would. This is the worst Dunkin’ I have ever experienced in my 43 years on this planet. Not only did the staff forgot to make my Dunkin’ Wrap but they also didn’t even bother bringing it out when they actually did make it. Plus they were incredibly rude and just not good at their jobs. One of the workers was nice and apologized but this only half makes up for this distasteful experience. Genuinely ruined my day, thanks Dunkin’

This is location employs the rudest group of people. I’ve been there many times and 9/10 leave feeling like I’ve inconvenienced the workers just by ordering tea. Yesterday I placed a mobile order then sat at the speaker for about 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. I went inside and one person was sweeping the other was counting money in the drawer. Not a single customer in the store and they both ignored me for a good 2 minutes. Then the girl who was sweeping threw her broom to the floor, groaned and stomped behind the counter. Asked if she could “help me” then handed my drinks over. The other girl who was counting money 2 feet away from me, at the register glared at me and went back to counting. I don’t expect friendliness, I know service people are under paid, and normally I tip, but being ignored when you’re the only customer then being treated as a huge inconvenience is super off putting.

My dad walked in to order ant the Winthrop Street location this morning and he waited about 5/6 minutes to be helped. The girl stated “we’re really busy, I can’t help you”. Is this what customer service has turned into? This is absolutely unacceptable. Turning down a 60 year old man a quick simple sandwich. The sad part is, he understood they were busy and was willing to wait. I have worked in customer service for 20 years and this is something you never do.

The manager Kylie refused to remake my latte and had my staff tell me “because I’m a regular and always have them remake my drink she is not going to remake it.” I come to this Dunkin maybe once every other week and consistently they make the drink incorrectly, however, when asked to remake it, it’s made correctly. However, this happens to be the closest Dunkin to where I’m going on my route. They constantly rush the orders. She did not offer a refund, I had to ask. Then refused to want to take the drink back. They don’t have to worry about seeing my business again and I went ahead and contacted corporate.

If you go to the winthrop st Dunkin Donuts...the "new" one...in the afternoon...the crew working there could not go slower if they tried...I always stop for a simple iced coffee at 430 in the day...and if there's a car on front of me? I'm guaranteed 10 minute wait....im not asking for a super Frappuccino mocha whatever...just a friggin iced coffee...unacceptable wait...every TIME!!!

Order via drive thru they repeat my order and have it on the screen, when I get to window and pay, get all the way home and realize they did not make my order as I stated and they repeated back to me then was charged for. Next time I think I will hold up the drive thru line to check my whole order to make sure I'm not being charged for something I did not receive..

The Dunkin Donuts in Rehoboth always has the freshest donuts. They also have multiple kinds of fresh munchkins including Boston cream, Lemon filled, Apple filled, Apple crunch filled, Blueberry crunch. NO OTHER Dunkin Donuts has those selections for munchkins. That is the best one around by far. Compare them and you will see.

There was not a soul in this place. There never is when I go by. Everything was great though, including the customer service. I think when they moved locations they lost most of their customers because it's hard to see them now.
