I only order 1 iced drink, it’s never done correctly not only that they always send me to the second window to wait and i understand there is a timer at the first window (ex Dunkin employee). But when 5 cars that order drinks and food leave before me (who only ordered 1 iced drink) is kinda ridiculous. I waited 10 min for an ice coffee in the drive throu while other cars were able to pass me. There is another Dunkin down the street might just go to them or leave Dunkin completely and stop at a Starbucks or New York bagel that’s right there.

I can’t comment on the quality of the coffee bc I never got it. Waited 20 minutes on a mobile order. They must have gotten ten people through the drive through while I was waiting, but couldn’t seem to make my single coffee. Finally had to leave so I asked for a refund, and they said they can’t refund a mobile order. So I just walked away with nothing. Still waiting on a refund.
Disgusting some white boy literally was giggling while giving me my coffee and my coffee tasted weird. I can’t even pinpoint on what was odd about it. It wasn’t too sweet. It wasn’t less sugary. It was just disgusting. Very unprofessional I don’t know what was funny, but you don’t hand somebody’s drink laughing. The cup was also extremely dirty. I had to ask for napkins. My finger had coffee in it while he handed me over my cup. Very disappointed eww
