The place is brand new and it's easiest the busiest dunkin' donuts I've ever been to so they are experiencing growing pains sometimes really long waits but overall a good Dunkin
The sprinkler system is aggressive and will spray right into your driver window. If you see the sprinklers on just do walk in. I noticed the times they're on is roughly 6pm and 5am. The location is pretty slow too, even when no one else is in line. Staff is not too seasoned on drink preparation. A few employees have very bad attitudes while others are very polite.
3 stars for effort and to be nice. The girl running the register is more confused with hot or iced: employees are trained incorrectly. She spent 50 % of her talking to customers confirming if they want something hot or cold or heated up or not. Just follow the menu girl lol
