Helpful staff, the food is quality; they’ll heat something up the way you like it if you talk to them. A clean shop is kept well inside; very busy location and they’re not only open 24 hours but also open on Thanksgiving.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Staff are rude and disrespectful and seeing who their manager is, it's no surprise as to why. Went through the drive through in between running errands and was met with horrible attitude and was yelled at by the woman-child at the speaker. Went inside to speak to the manager, Cassandra, who clearly showed no interest in actually solving the issue with her own staff. This manager was also at another Dunkin in the area and there were attitude issues there as well with employees. It's clear this manager doesn't know how to run a store properly and doesn't care about who she hires.

Horrible horrible horrible I ordered there new cereal latte and a sweet black pepper bacon sandwich got to work and had two wake up wraps and a decaf coffee! Called to ask if they could remake it and ill send my daughter in to pick it up and they said it was fine and when she got there they wouldnt remake it that she would have to drive to my work 20 minutes away pick up the order THEY SCREWED UP then drive 20 minutes back to give them the order and repeat and the lady i talked to who was the manger Diana or something like that had a disgusting attitude like if you hate your job so much find a better one ill be in first thing tomorrow for a refund and ill never be back save your money

Just got a $7 meal combo and feeling very disappointed. This food is really bad. Bagel was burnt. Hash browns taste like they've been sitting under a heat lamp for a few weeks and the coffee was just some coffee flavored water. Two hours later, I feel a bit sick. Don't come here.

I had ordered two refreshers online and they were both strawberry with green tea and when I got the refreshers one was made with sparkling water, and I politely asked her if I could have another one because it had sparkling water. She told me it was green tea and didn’t give me a new one as a former Dunkinworker I would never do that to anyone. It would automatically just make them a new drink. It was just so rude and annoying

The manager this morning was a nasty witch. I placed an order on the app a medium iced with cream sugar and caramel, I was given a medium hot black. I shower them my order and she said it wasn’t their fault. So I simply just asked for a cup of ice with some cream and ill put my own sugar, I own a food truck I can put my own caramel in.. she goes “that’ll be an extra .30 cents. At that point I laughed and walked out as they blamed their mistake on me when I showed them the order on my phone from THEIR app. No accountability this location is a dumpster fire

Have had good experiences here. Staff was attentive and professional. I appreciate the patience given some complicated orders. 2 stars for atmosphere, because it’s a tiny and cramped location, both inside and out. The drive-through is oddly located with DD customers’ vehicles often jutting out onto the path of other traffic, the parking lot is oddly placed too, and there is no seating indoors.

This location is very busy and does much of its business through the drive through. Even with the long line, everything seemed to move pretty fast. The employees are very friendly. Strangely, they have a sign posted “No Public Restrooms”
