Have had good experiences here. Staff was attentive and professional. I appreciate the patience given some complicated orders. 2 stars for atmosphere, because it’s a tiny and cramped location, both inside and out. The drive-through is oddly located with DD customers’ vehicles often jutting out onto the path of other traffic, the parking lot is oddly placed too, and there is no seating indoors.

This location is very busy and does much of its business through the drive through. Even with the long line, everything seemed to move pretty fast. The employees are very friendly. Strangely, they have a sign posted “No Public Restrooms”

The staff early evening/night really need to learn how to make coffee. Bought coffee here the other day that amounted to cups of brown colored water with absolutely no coffee taste whatsoever.

I had a bathroom emergency as a truck driver I depend on the kindness of the business I frequent. If I make a purchase I get to do # 1or 2. To lie to me and say you not only don't have a bathroom.But it's not available to me just like Crack Addicks and junkies. I'm guessing if I was black or enespanol you would have given me the key. I know this Dunkin won't be affected by me never going back. FYI I'm the customer your looking for. I have no pipe or needles. But I have $$$ to spend

When I first started order there it was very pleasant but now some of them are very rude. They make me look like a thief. I’m done ordering stuff from this location , It used to be the best location but now it sucks. I order a sandwich 20 minutes before I get there because I know how horrible they are. and when I still get there, my sandwich still ain’t made and this is like an every day thing. I don’t know why I bother the daytime. Crew is great evening crew horrible
