The service here was very disappointing. The staff were not helpful at all and didn’t seem interested in assisting customers. I expected much better. I hope the restaurant improves its service.

Went there at 6:45 and they close at 7 and they told me they were closed. Not how a business operates, you need to stay open until you close no matter how much you don’t want to work, do your jobs.

I stopped at Dunkin’ Donuts today and ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant. When I opened the sandwich, I was shocked to find the sausage completely frozen — it was still cold to the touch. I had to return it, and the staff just said, “oh, I’m sorry about that,” without much concern. I asked for a well-done sausage, egg, and cheese in the first place, and instead I got something that wasn’t even cooked properly. Very disappointing experience.

This is the worst dunks I’ve been to. The employees just grunt at you and don’t really talk, the sandwiches are never toasted, and it takes longer to get my order at this location than any others I’ve been to.

Donut was very small and hard for 8am. The drive thru associate kept me waiting for my change while laughing and talking with the other associates. Not professional and the food was trash
I asked for a sausage, egg and cheese on a plain bagel toasted dark it was cold. The bagel was barely toasted. I told them to burn it and that I was not kidding. I wanted my bagel burnt. It was barely toasted. Incompetent people work here stay away the lady that took care of me sounded like she had the flu sniffling and coughing very nasally. Disgusting. Will never return stay away.

Look at my reviews and you will see II never stooped this low and mostly pad my reviews higher with my love of hospitality. So since we're being honest i had to use the bathroom and didn't want to walk out without patronizing so i bought some donuts as I was leaving. Ended up waiting over 5 minutes to even be acknowledged as this girl along with another were working the drive thru. I get it tough times but the rudeness of this employee when I finally was interacting. I'm talking the finest of the finest of the Jerry Springer Trash back in the day. To the Franchise owner: beautiful and well kept location but you're obviously not involved enough...sell it and clean house, stop counting money and get into the store, it's an embarrassment to Dunkin if you have employee's who stoop this low. Sell it.
