I asked for a sausage, egg and cheese on a plain bagel toasted dark it was cold. The bagel was barely toasted. I told them to burn it and that I was not kidding. I wanted my bagel burnt. It was barely toasted. Incompetent people work here stay away the lady that took care of me sounded like she had the flu sniffling and coughing very nasally. Disgusting. Will never return stay away.

Look at my reviews and you will see II never stooped this low and mostly pad my reviews higher with my love of hospitality. So since we're being honest i had to use the bathroom and didn't want to walk out without patronizing so i bought some donuts as I was leaving. Ended up waiting over 5 minutes to even be acknowledged as this girl along with another were working the drive thru. I get it tough times but the rudeness of this employee when I finally was interacting. I'm talking the finest of the finest of the Jerry Springer Trash back in the day. To the Franchise owner: beautiful and well kept location but you're obviously not involved enough...sell it and clean house, stop counting money and get into the store, it's an embarrassment to Dunkin if you have employee's who stoop this low. Sell it.

Lots of things i could say about this place… all of them had. One of the workers was literally vaping right next to the food in the middle of a rush in front of the customers, real bold. upon seeing this i wont be visiting this location again, knowing my food and drink is exposed to whatever toxic chemicals are inside her little cancer stick. not to mention the ADDITUDES in that place, serious terrible customer service, really a place you don’t wanna waste your benjamin’s at. Where’s HR when you need them?
Donuts were light on the sprinkles. But the biggest thing is the uneven distribution of workers to help drive thru vs in restaurant. All things average. Would go there again.

If I could I would give no star. This place is s***The girls who working there, there are ironic, they laugh on your face. The bathroom was disgusting I couldn't even use it! I couldn't order anything, they made me wait when there were no costumer, and when I complained they laugh at my face!

Charged my daughter over $12 for a bagel and refresher. She got to the window and they told her they didn't have the bagel she wanted. At that point she took a plain bagel. For some reason they gave her 2.When I went back to say they charged her double, they insisted she pay for the second bagel. Girl was rude that was in charge. Made me wait forever. I honestly went back to get the refund because they mess up constantly there and I'm tired of wasting money. I just won't go back again.

The drive thru line is always fast which is great! And if they don't have the donut you want they will make it. (if they can) overall this Dunkin isn't that bad. The only thing that sucks is once your in line there is no getting out.
