Had an amazing experience today with Leo and Ava at this location they both went above and beyond to make sure my experience there was great even though they didn't have Rockstar to make my drink. I was able to leave there happy because Leo just made the moment better for me he really has an amazing positive energy that we need to see more in this world! Ava was great looking high and low trying to find the Rockstar for my drink! These 2 make me want to continue going to this location.

Girl who took the order claimed "The strawberry dragon fruit was still being unloaded" so we ordered 2 different refreshers. We are regulars there and so they had 2 strawberry dragon fruit ready for us. But we were under the assumption that they were out, so either A) the girl who took the order didn't know or B) lied to us. I think her name is Elisha or Ellis (like the island). Will still be coming back, just make sure the employee knows what is actually in stock and doesn't lie to customers.

I work here n it's crazy busyso please understand we do our best ..The hrs are 6 average and we're moving very fast paced...It is exhausting trying to please everyone. We have a new Mgr and overall it's one of the best stores I have worked at.

We just stopped for coffee this morning and Leo was hands down the BEST customer service I have ever experienced at a Dunkin’s anywhere!! He was funny and super friendly! Congrats on having such a valuable employee. Thanks for our coffee and the laughs Leo!

It was ok in a jiffy, but overall the service was mediocre and so was the coffee. They definitely over charge here for microwaved food and ok coffee.
