Like a year ago this place was the best but now it's inconsistent and 9 times out of 10 the coffee sucks. There's like 10 ice cubes in my iced coffee everyday which really screws up the taste of it, is there some kind of shortage on ice that I should know about? Another thing that kind of irritates me is there's always new people there every month I'm recognizing less and less faces. The crew you had a year-2 years ago was great. Now all these new people don't know eggs from bacon....read full review
The food was just as good as any Dunkin's. The only issue I had was wanting to use the bathroom before I ordered. There is a sign on the door advising bathroom will be unlocked AFTER purchase, but the line was almost to the door. I politely asked the server if she could unlock the door, as I would be ordering as soon as I came out. Her response was, "did you read the sign on the door." That pretty much sums up my visit.
My sister went in to quickly use the bathroom and was told she needed to make a $2.00 purchase before using their bathroom. My sister was in full uniform as she is a first responder and needs to head back to the job, she asked if they could make an exception and was told “you’re no exception”
