While doing doordash today I pick up a hot coffee for a customer, In. A paper bag,, it was spilling and leaking I ask the to redo for the customer and put it a cup holder, in a plastic bag, The Store manager, Sayd This is the way we do it If you don't like it Go doordash someplace else,...

I went there this morning and I could already tell of rip this guy had an attitude but when I had asked him if he could make it a separate order he told me no I asked why he said because I said so I then got a little mad but kept my composure and told him I’ll just go to a different Dunkin terrible customer service also not the best at making coffee or refreshers

Egg and cheese on English muffin- was not toasted (is supposed to be). Bagel with cream cheese. Standard is to spread cream cheese on it… was not on it. Seems to be a pattern at this location to get items out as fast as possible. I ordered on mobile from home. Plenty of time to put cream cheese on a bagel and run an English muffin thru the speed toaster. I tried to leave feedback privately, but didn’t get a receipt with the survey code. And the in app option is currently down.

This Dunkin is the worst in America. I’m diabetic and 3 out of 5 days a week cream only comes like this and I’m just so tired of it. How friggin hard is it to just follow instructions

Overpriced, the staff frequently, well usually mess up orders which can sometimes be to the fault that usually it is either low-staffed or theirs barely any customers so they slack a bit but I hope that they will be better in the future, sorry for the bad review, but if you want Dunkin go to the one near the YMCA.
