More than once I've walked up to the counter here & watched employees walking around ignoring me. Today it was more than 5 mins. I know dunkin doesn't want you to walk in anymore. But come on now... lock the door if you want everyone to use the drive thru! I guess customer service is a thing of the past. I'm not a barista but I didn't think it took more than 4 people to pour a cup of coffee... yes I walked out & bought a coffee at another shop. Not Dunkin

My black cold brew should not be the color of an iced tea. Is this an issue of not knowing how to make black coffee or is this an issue of the business making more money and short changing the Customer by giving us a water down coffee? It’s a black coffee my cup should be the color black

The ladies are very rude there I was trying to get a hot tea made that I have had made at two other locations they told me they could not make it cuz they can’t put lemonade with hot water cuz I wanted half hot water half tea so I went to another location that made it for me no problem at all and on top of that they were talking and making rude comments this is why I never go to this Dunkins cuz there service is terrible and the people are so so rude

this is by far the worst dunkin i have ever been to. i usually stop here bc it’s the closest to my work but i will be taking the extra 10min to go to the one near marylou’s. every single time i order a medium midnight black 2pumps pumpkin and a wrap, and every time its either made wrong and they don’t put pumpkin in, or give me regular coffee, and it’s cold everytime so they’re not brewing the midnight when they are supposed to and give me the bottom of the pot cold coffee. went today they gave me a coffee w no pumpkin, went back around and asked for the 2 pumps and someone must hate their job bc it tasted like they put 10pumps in out of spite. had to go up the street for the 3rd time this week and have it remade AGAIN and they had no issues. staff is always rude, it’s rare someone is nice and acts like they don’t hate their life. avoid this dunkin at all costs it’s not worth the headache, go up the street they’re great!!!

I ordered 50 munchkins for me and everyone at work arrived at work to notice, I really got probably 30 at most! But I was charged for 50... I really wish I was at least told they didn't have enough and I would have stopped at another location.

Saturday 12/14/24 2:30 pm.. Just want to take a moment and thank Reggie and staff for a great meal and experience. This is the best Dunkin I've ever been to.
My son and I had a really big food order and Reggie took his time to take our order, make our meal.. and did it all with a kind smile and a great attitude.
The food came out great and Reggie seemed genuinely happy to help us. He is definitely an asset to your company!
Ordered a plain bagel and cream cheese to go. Aren't they supposed to ask if you want it plain or toasted?????? They gave me this 3 day old stale tasting, hard as a rock TOASTED Bagel, which I didn't ask to be TOASTED. It was my first time, and it would be my LAST TIME! Worse Dunkin Doughnuts I EVER been to.

I visited the Cape Hwy rt44 location this afternoon. When I walked in, it seemed very warm, as I waiting a few minutes I started to sweat. I am not a big girl, it was for sure hot in there. The service was great. I picked up a coffee and donuts, the donuts were melting (glaze and frosting) I asked why it was hot? They replied, they were not allowed to touch the thermostat. How can this location just be renovated and not care about the conditions their employees have to work in? As a customer I was disgusted, I couldn't wait to leave, it was so hot and the donuts were a mess due to the heat in the donut case and entire "restaurant". Put the A/C on for your people, it's extremely hot and complete insanity to expect people to work in those conditions.

I would love to give 0 stars if I could. My boyfriend went through the drive thru to order a coffee and some food. When he went up to pay the women said his card only paid for 7$ he then looked at his bank app and showed the women she charged him 18$ he asked for his order and she refused and shut the window and would not open it. I don't understand how she can charge him 18$ and say that he was only charged 7$ when he has the proof right there. Unfortunately he had to get to work so he never got his order but was charged the 18$. Never go to this dunks unless you want to get charged for your order and nor receive it. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
