Terrible. Always forget parts of my order. Plus they are rude when ordering in drive thru. Rushing me to order and then they the ones forgetting my food. Unreal
The person working the drive through on February 28th, at 4:15 PM. Was very ignorant, rude, an inpatient, and honestly shouldn't be in that position. If that's how he's going to act to people, I literally had to leave my order behind, because I was so insulted, he should be fired.

The young person that was taking my order was very rude and impatient and I would never go back there again if they don't like their job then they should quit and not work there because the customer service sucked!

I literally just went through the drive through and did not even have to stop. From the time I placed my order, and I got to the window, the gentleman had my coffee ready out the window. He was wearing a Pat's jersey, it's a game day đThis is hands down the best experience I have had at a Dunkin'.

It's probably a good thing it's closed. The gentleman that helped me was lovely however I bought almost a $4 coffee that tasted like a burnt bottom of the pot! Very unhappy!

Only the ladies' bathroom works.
Everytime I order my latte, there are coffee grinds in it. This morning I complained and asked that they make sure it doesnât have coffee grinds but yet again, I got it back with coffee grinds. This is the third time in the past two weeks they have ruined my coffee and Iâve had to go to a different Dunkin to have them fix it. I will not be back.

Worst customer service. Went there around 12pm this morning since it was the closest coffee shop at the time, normally go to Honey Dew or Marylou's now. The employee, possibly the manager rushed me into putting in my order. I'm usually just slow on ordering when I'm tired or tryna figure out and carefully say what I want or the order gets messed up. She says, âCome on, come on,â like she had absolutely no patience. The coffee tasted so bad, too, not even made to my perfection.

Friday at 12:30 I'm sitting in line for 5 minutes plus and the employees are very rude this place needs a new manager! 2 years later they still suck!

Alot of staff standing around, bathroom out of order and one person said they couldn't find the key to the other bathroom. Twisted cheddar bagel tasted like butane gas. Very kind good bye though.
