After waiting in line just to be told I have to go to the pick up line where I was neglected for almost 10 minutes by 5 employees. A woman with glasses & a heart warming smile WHO WASNT ON THE CLOCK HELPED ME! When everyone else avoided me and my food got cold. If it were not for her I would give 1 star. She’s a rockstar.

Today I went to this Dunkin for the first time in quite a while. My food and coffee were good, but the service was fantastic! I noticed the person working in the drive thru was talking quite a bit to the person in front of me, I just thought they must know each other. Turns out, the worker was just so charismatic! He made jokes and overall seemed happy to be there. It definitely brightened my day. Thanks! -Froggers :)

This review is solely about the staff. Always a friendly face and a happy smile, but my favorite, my absolute favorite is Leo!!! He treats you like an old friend he hasn't seen in a while. Always friendly, always smiling. I'd treasure him while you have him because I wouldn't be surprised if someone comes through the drive thru and scoop him up for their own company ? his customer service is bar none

I’ve had awful experiences from regular workers to management. There is absolutely no professionalism. The manager will complain about customers and staff with the place flooded with customers. Just recently the girl working the drive thru is rude, my coffee has not been right, and when they forget to give you a straw and the other items you ordered they give you a hard time. not sure what’s happening lately but I would not recommend
