Not sure what has changed but I used to love it here. The person who helped us this morning seemed annoyed that we were there, rushed us to get back to her phone conversation and to top it off, they charge extra when using card but I saw no signs saying such information. Their food is not priced nor is there a menu. Pretty much feels like theu stopped caring. It's a shame.

Today was my first time coming to Fratellis, I had a little extra time and wanted to treat myself with something sweet. Yes I sure got that and more The cannolis are amazing they have chocolate dipped cannolis that are amazing!!! M&M cookies... carrot cake pastry.(Which I am not a fan of but got it for my mom who absolutely loves carrot cake and it smells so good that I took a day off the side and it was delicious) Now the food at 5, the atmosphere 5... But coming from a customer service background it was such great service 5. Albert was the gentleman that took my order he explained what each case had because I think he might have could tell it was my first time in there he asked me what I like and we went from there and she had a smile on his face the whole time just a very pleasant personality and demeanor he is an amazing worker because after me he was right on to the next making sure that they got what they needed and they were served correctly and we're satisfied so I just want to say A plus plus for Albert. I really hope this gets back to the top and they realize what an amazing employee they have and he gets recognition because it's few and far in between you get people that love working at their job and you can tell Albert does and it shows with his interaction with customers so thank you Albert and thank you Fratellis for making my first time visit I can tell you I will be coming back many many more times now that I found You. But most of all thank you for giving a a place where I can get something sweet and just breathe for a minute 😊

Staff aren't as friendly as the Fratelli's in Quincy. Pizzelles were stale which is tragic given they cost a whopping $7. Cupcake wasn't as bad but was also stale. Reading the other reviews, this seems to be a consistent issue.

Bland not welcoming staff upon arrival. Seemed to be a pain to need something. Ordered 30 dollars worth of desserts. 3 out of 5 of them were old and definitely not fresh. Cake was dry and had almost a hardened skin around the whole piece like it was in the display case far too long. Only way to enjoy what was left of it was to cut it off. Definitely not worth it. Highly do not recommend. Many other bakery’s out there that are much cheaper and serve a higher quality product. Came to this same place on the regular a couple years ago and had a completely different experience. Too bad this place isn’t what it was.

I’ve gone here a few times to grab pastry’s in a pinch and service and quality had been great. But I went yesterday morning and grabbed cupcakes for desert later that night. Every single one was stale to the point I heard one tip over in the box. I was hoping it was just all the treats on top, nope. So sad since they’re a little pricy, if you know they’re going stale do a quick sale on them so they don’t go to waste 😞 My daughters cake pop was great atleast.

My Sister ordered me this cake for my 40th birthday. This is the first time i try them. Loved how moist the cake, the fact that the chocolate taste was not overwhelming and the chocolate covered strawberries. The banner was priceless for me. The only complain i have is that the frosting was overly sweet.

I have tried to order cakes for them to make but they never have what I want, like lemon for instance. I was placing days in advance and they said they wouldn't be able to get the ingredients. Today I tried something simpler, but they aren't baking today and would need 2 to 3 days to make a 5" cake. It is Thursday, and they are a bakery, but they aren't baking today...
Huge assortment of bakery items. Haven't had lunch here in a few years but it was great when I did. Staff is friendly and helpful!
Kid-friendliness: Brought my 4 year old side kick in to get treats and the staff was awesome. She likes to talk and ask everyone questions and the staff treated her great. We went in twice and the same girl helped us and she made my daughter feel like a special little customer :)

Every time I’ve come here the cashiers never seem to be aware that they are out of several ingredients. This results in me paying for an item but not getting all of the ingredients, and having to make cheap substitutions. For example, I ordered. A Romano caprese and was told I could get the vegetarian caprese which has a two dollar price difference. I wasn’t offered any other substitution nor a refund on the amount. This sort of thing happens frequently which is really a shame because the food is incredible. I work in the food industry as a waitress and I can’t understand why the front and back of house staff aren’t communicating. Unfortunately, I may have to start going elsewhere because I have experienced this almost every time I’ve went in.

Normally I do not leave reviews unless they are positive. However, today I went in to Fratelli’s and inquired on their specialty cupcakes. I was the only person in the store and waited for service. Inquired on the cost of 1dzn cupcakes, simply question. I was advised she was not sure, if she were to guess appx. $45.00-50.00. Needless to say, I left & went to Art’s.
