The best taco truck I have ever been too. Hands down my favorite tacos. The sauce that's drizzled on top is perfect.

The Gonzalez Combo is perfect, you get a little bit of everything! You have to try the pork!

I really wanted to like it here. I've had the food truck and enjoyed it, but it just really missed the mark. The restaurant was clean and well decorated. But my food had no flavor. I got a steak quesadilla and chicken empanada. The empanada was just shredded chicken and undercooked. Even the pineapple salsa added very little. The steak quesadilla was large, but had no flavor. I when I got it I looked in the box for the salsa and sour cream that are on the menu description and the employee seemed genuinely confused why I was referencing them. Two coworkers also ordered with me and were disappointed with their meals. $19 for the quesadilla was too much for the quality.

I must say I had high hopes for this place however I must say we were extremely disappointed. For starters our order was wrong, the street tacos fell about immediately upon picking them up. The food lacked flavor or any real taste for that matter. I contacted the establishment in regards to the error and did not offer to resolve the issue. I hope they work out the issues and will give it another chance!

We tried this food truck at Mighty Squirrel brewery. They typically have great food trucks. My family is vegetarian so we order the vegetarian options such as the tacos. Two tacos were $18 and consisted of nothing but shredded lettuce, cheese, and maybe a tablespoon of beans with some mayo onto. I was expecting some grilled vegetables or tofu or something at that price point. The folks in the the food truck were nice. However, their vegetarian options are truly pathetic and grossly overpriced. I can't speak to the meat items. If you are vegetarian stay away.

We were lucky enough to score the Gonzalez food truck for our company's Spring Fiesta which was a pretty last minute decision and on a Friday the day after Cinco de Mayo, he just happen to have a window open for us! They were punctual and sanitary, and very prompt with getting food out. Pricing is very reasonable and portions are rather generous, we would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat! We couldn't have been anymore happy with our choice, the food was excellent, they were extremely professional, genuinely great people with wonderful sense of humor, and super accommodating. Thank you! Sincerely, Kochman Reidt + Haigh Cabinetmaker's (Stoughton)

Because tacos are among my favorite foods, when I was at a Weymouth Food Truck Friday event, I knew almost right away which truck I would be getting my dinner from. I ordered two tacos, one chicken and one pork. The tacos were topped with cheese, lettuce, Pico, and a chipotle sauce. Veggies are good and fine, but the meat is critical, and this was the tacos' failing point. While the chipotle sauce helped a little, the chicken was as bland as if it was boiled in unsalted water. The pork (pulled/shredded) was a little bit better, thanks in part to a slightly higher fat content, but not significantly so. It too was bland and felt like it had taken on residence in a hotel pan before finding a home inside a taco. I will give credit for tacos being large and relatively well balanced. Even though some ingredients loved to attempt escape, such is the nature of tacos. I also found the price rather steep. ~$7 per taco might be forgivable if I nearly swallowed my fingers. When the experience leads to a two-star review, not so much. My advice: season the meat! Add a little salt, pepper, and spices. Also, if a hotel pan is a must (I'm assuming) consider throwing it on the griddle with a little oil before serving.
