I usually never make reviews but this Honey Dew deserves one. The weekend staff is the friendliest staff I have ever been a regular for! I only go here for breakfast on my weekend shifts (I work in the same plaza as them) and I always get greeted like I’m a friend and not a regular stranger, which I absolutely love! When they are busy they are always so calm and professional and have A LOT of patience! If the owner/manager sees this review please let them know they are the best! You are awesome ladies! ✌🏻❤️

Worst experience. Workers are unhappy, overworked and not kind. Lots of playing going on and not working. Out of stock of everything and had burnt coffee. Never again nor do I recommend

Poor poor service today. Who ever was working this afternoon on drive thru is lazy! Ordered my drink, waited in line. Get up to the window. One girl is working. The other one is taking the trash out. The girl inside working was more worried about drinking her milk and working on the order behind me than making my drink. I drove away. Went to the Dunkin down the street. And they have the audacity to have something on the window that says the entire world is short staffed please be nice to those that came to work. I’ll be nice to those that came to work and are actually working. Not the ones that think no one else’s time is important than their own and are too busy getting paid drinking milk than actually working. Glad I took my money else where employees do not deserve it at this location.
So today I arrived at honeydew Thalia And Maddy Were the only ones there and even being shortstaffed, they still went above and beyond to make sure My experience Was absolutely amazing. I felt really bad that there’s only the two of them and they had a crazy line, but they both were still in high spirits. Both are extremely Courteous and a pleasure to talk to While I was placing my order. And the fact that Thalia is absolutely stunning helps as well

I hardly ever visit corporate coffee shops anymore however if I'm craving a Mocha madness iced coffee I will stop at this location. ONLY because this staff makes it so good & they are so friendly. Always understaffed & they rock it with a smile.A++ experience every time.

Anytime the bullnose ring lady hands you your food. Double check it, she can care less about your order. How the hell do I get an egg and cheese on an onion bagel (microwaved). When I asked for a toasted onion bagel w/ cream cheese. I'm so pissed right now, I handed the sandwich to a person on the median.Clearly she cant handle the responsibility of a job. If I see her around locally in the city, I'm going to express my thoughts and give her double freedom rockets.You did me dirty today, versus any other day you miss handled my order.The mocha madness came out perfect. Thank you

Only discrepancy is the drive thru signage does not match the current pricing.Drive thru sign says medium iced mocha madness is $2.99+tax.At the window it rang up $3.89+tax ($4.16). Almost a dollar difference than the posted signage. Not sure if inside says correct pricing.
