Poor poor service today. Who ever was working this afternoon on drive thru is lazy! Ordered my drink, waited in line. Get up to the window. One girl is working. The other one is taking the trash out. The girl inside working was more worried about drinking her milk and working on the order behind me than making my drink. I drove away. Went to the Dunkin down the street. And they have the audacity to have something on the window that says the entire world is short staffed please be nice to those that came to work. I’ll be nice to those that came to work and are actually working. Not the ones that think no one else’s time is important than their own and are too busy getting paid drinking milk than actually working. Glad I took my money else where employees do not deserve it at this location.

So today I arrived at honeydew Thalia And Maddy Were the only ones there and even being shortstaffed, they still went above and beyond to make sure My experience Was absolutely amazing. I felt really bad that there’s only the two of them and they had a crazy line, but they both were still in high spirits. Both are extremely Courteous and a pleasure to talk to While I was placing my order. And the fact that Thalia is absolutely stunning helps as well

I hardly ever visit corporate coffee shops anymore however if I'm craving a Mocha madness iced coffee I will stop at this location. ONLY because this staff makes it so good & they are so friendly. Always understaffed & they rock it with a smile.A++ experience every time.

Anytime the bullnose ring lady hands you your food. Double check it, she can care less about your order. How the hell do I get an egg and cheese on an onion bagel (microwaved). When I asked for a toasted onion bagel w/ cream cheese. I'm so pissed right now, I handed the sandwich to a person on the median.Clearly she cant handle the responsibility of a job. If I see her around locally in the city, I'm going to express my thoughts and give her double freedom rockets.You did me dirty today, versus any other day you miss handled my order.The mocha madness came out perfect. Thank you

Drove all the way over here just to find out they close an hour and 40 minutes early

Service was fine, drink tasted fine. Only discrepancy is the drive thru signage does not match the current pricing.Drive thru sign says medium iced mocha madness is $2.99+tax.At the window it rang up $3.89+tax ($4.16). Almost a dollar difference than the posted signage. Not sure if inside says correct pricing.

Terrible service. Went here for a mocha madness, was told it was only mocha syrup in coffee. No it is not. Its half coffee half hot cocoa. The girl working was incredibly snotty when I asked her to remake the second coffee she messed up that day to. Will never go back to this location.
Went in today for a coffee. One employee working the drive thru. I waited at the counter for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement. So I left. I understand they are shorthanded but at least say ill be with you shorty, but nothing. Oh well.

Lazy employees came here at 6 on Friday for a. Coffee young girl working. Ignored me at the speaker waved me away when I drove up to the door. Website says 7 pm close and so does Sign in a door. And the have the balls to post on there drive through window the entire country is short staffed be nice to those who show up. How bought you do your job when you show up and not bang out an hour earlier. So disappointed was looking forward to this all day. While I’m sitting here writing this review. The girl working let in her friend to buy a coffee and let her pay. But locked the door behind her. Whoever this girl is needs to be fired I come here very morning at 5 Am will not be coming here anymore. I’ll start going to the mom and pop near my office. They deserve the money. Not this corporate places that won’t even look at this or punish the employees

I've lived in Taunton for over a year and I went to this location almost every single day up until about a month or so ago. The service is absolutely terrible the past couple months. I stopped going there because 3 times .. not 1 but 3 times in a row they messed up my order. After being a steady customer for over a year I am entirely fed up and will never go back to honeydew. I attempted to go today for the first time in a month or so hoping things had changed. I had 1 car infront of me and waited over 10 minutes for them to ever take the person's order so I backed out and left. Do not visit this location !
