The food tasted fantastic but my reason for this review is because of the manager Chris, they were extremely busy and you could clearly see he was running around making sure customers were getting served in a timely manner and even though you could tell he was under pressure, he never faulted and kept his smile. Thank you for great service and yummy food! You picked the right person for the job.

I’ve been coming here for years, and unfortunately the food just doesn’t taste the way I remember it. The flavor and quality don’t seem as consistent as they once were.
Service has also declined. Many of the younger staff members don’t appear to be held to the same standards that used to define the experience. While there are still a few employees who provide solid service, they seem to be the exception rather than the norm these days.

Opened my box and this is what I received! Like did someone eat the biscuit? My order is also wrong I had another box and instead of my mashed potatoes with gravy for both boxes they gave Mac & cheese. The lady taking the order needs to slow down and not start taking another order when I’m trying to ask her a question about her missing the Mac & cheese with chicken bowl because I knew the price was too low. I said excuse me more than 10 times even when she took my money I was asking her and she just ignored me. Then proceeded to apologize for realizing she had made a mistake. I’d like a refund as I’m not eating this box!

About 2:30 on a Saturday. Couldn't be happier unless it was cheaper haha. Ordered equally on the kiosk. Had my food way faster than I expected. Let me know they were waiting on the next batch of potatoes and they'd get it to me. Right way to take care of business. And had enough staff to make sure the place was clean and garbage was emptied. This crew is right on top of everything.

Absolutely horrible! Typical horrible service. The people that work there are the epitome of lazy and don't care what they are doing, it's obvious! The food I got was absolutely horrendous. Chicken was undercooked the instant mashed potatoes that they apparently use now was gross, biscuits were hard and the corn tasted like little rubber pellets. What a disappointment. Waste of money. Waste of time. This is the problem with franchises that used to be good. Nobody cares anymore and employers have to take whatever walks in the door as far as employees. I tossed this dog food in the trash. Will never go back here.

Tonight I went through and placed an order one of the meals I got was there new chicken wings I ordered six of them extra crispy so we got home I began eating the outside of the chicken was ok but the inside was that deep bloody color that you do not want to see on chicken that you are consuming I should’ve called the store and talked to management but I will not be going there again sad that the quality has gone down so much
Ordered a 16 piece family tender meal. Picked out all my options including sauces. Order arrived and no sauce. I called and the girl that answered the phone couldn't have been any more rude. How hard is it to read a list and put things in a bag? But when a mistake happens you give the customer a rude remake by saying oh well sorry to hear it I can't do anything for you besides you come get it yourself.
