Hit or miss at this place!! Sometimes very clean, Sometimes the eating area is overlooked. The pick up orders are usually sealed up so I have been shorted 2x now and the manager doesn't reply to the voicemail you leave. That's very disappointing!! Not sure if I'll ever be back to this location.

Even a online order thru app was 15 minutes past estimated pickup time.....if i had ordered in the drivethru (simple $16 order) i would have waited over 25 minutes....... Do yourself a favor as there are many other food establishments that have normal prep times....Definitely dont think of this as "fast" food, as much as its "food eventually"....

$10 8 piece Bucket Tuesday deal is not the same Bucket as their usual 8 piece deal. Instead of 2 of each kind of chicken it is all dark meat. 4 thighs and 4 drumsticks. Not worth it!
It's nothing to write a book about EXTREMELY Pricey doesn't taste the same always have to double check your order .....they'll let you pay way more money instead of asking to make it order a combo consider the menu is way too big & doesn't break all prices down

My fiancé and I used to go to this location multiple times a month but stopped as soon as the chicken was changed. It’s terrible. I stopped going for a couple months after the last time but thought maybe it was an off day. Maybe they ran out of chicken and breading. They did not because today was just as bad and I won’t be back. The tenders are so tough and the breading is terrible too. They used to be so tender and crispy. Now they’re thick, tough and lightly breaded. They changed everything about it and it’s awful. Prices going up and they aren’t even giving better product. Just looking to give us cheaper food for more money.
