I asked someone about another BBQ restaurant, and they suggested Kinfolks BBQ. I love BBQ, and this is scrumptious. My wife isn't really a BBQ fan, and she wants to take the hour ride to get more.
Food was great but the customer service was not unfortunately. Disappointing interaction today. Won’t get into it because I know everyone has bad days, but was far from warm and welcoming.

I will say this place never disappoints! every time I’ve gone there since their first location has been amazing. From the ribs and brisket to the gator bites and rabbit. Can’t forget the sides! A++ if you want some southern bbq food in mass/ Rhode Island this is the place you need to try!

Laid back atmosphere. Delicious food. I'm a big eater, and the $20 special filled me up twice, and I had a little left over for a snack. I can't recommend this place enough.Parking: It's in a 4 unit strip. 2 out of 4 are closed in the evening. Plenty of parking for the size of the business.Kid-friendliness: It is a little loud and smokey. Nobody is going in there to sit for a quiet meal. Perfect for a small family, and if your kids are as loud as mine, you're not spoiling anyone's meal.

The macaroni and cheese was awful. No flavor. Powdered cheese. The collard greens was tasteless and cornbread dry. The ribs were on point but the sides were gross.

One star for their website. If I am considering visiting or ordering from a restaurant, I want to check out their menu on their site. If the site makes that impossible, (I do not want to "Order Online" !! I just want to see the damn menu first, at least) why ? Drops that place to the bottom of my bucket list. News flash to restuarant owners : Pandemic eat in and carryout restrictions have eased, why not reflect that on your site ? If I have to go through "order online" hoops and barrels just to see a menu, you've lost a potential customer.

they are always out of something you try to order. i found the chicken that i had to wait 25 minutes for was quite dry. i suggest ordering ahead of time and not when you get there.

Never tasted a rib I liked until tonight. Fell right off the bone and the seasoning, flavor and bbq sauce was spot on. Pulled pork was out if this world and the sides matched. The meat was unbelievably tender. Service was also great. New favorite bbq ?

So I've heard great things about this place and wanted to give it a go and when I did I was very disappointed with this place and I don't care about how many trophy and awards they won the truth is if your going to brag about the awards then every meal should be great especially for the price and amount of food served so I ordered ribs with mash and Mac and cheese and a brisket sandwich with friesThe ribs were ok not barbecue source on them so they were dry the mash was ok and Mac and cheese was not good at all then came the brisket sandwich it was horrible so dry and hard it was bitting into something old that's been sitting there for days so 44 dollars was a shame then look at the picture and you tell me if the amount of food was worth that price which is not a big deal if the food was delicious but not the case at this place I was very disappointed considering the amount of people that talked about this place being good
Best fried chicken we ever had . Crispy skin & juicy inside. Sides of mahed potato and greens were excellent too. Can't wait to order it again!
