They try to get more $ out of you. I recently ordered 2 small items and was given larges. The order had been repeated over the phone and a correct price given. Once there to pickup, items were upsized and of course price was higher. Busy, distracted people are made prey of- in hopes it won’t be noticed. It was noticed, but unfortunately not until we got home. This business is not about customers, only about $$!! I’ve had a similar experience with them in the past and refuse to play anymore games. I work too hard for my $, and food is too expensive as it is. Customers deserve better.

I got the Shrimp Pad Thai..not good. The shrimp were big and good but the sauce/ mushroom combo was awful. And absolutely no veg. Except for mushrooms.

We all know Asian food. Some places are good, some are not so good. But I've never had food from an Asian restaurant that blew me away. Until I tried their Salt & Pepper Wings. This is not a review of their entire menu, just the S&P Wings! My favorite food is chicken wings. So, I've eaten a lot of wings from a lot of different places. Their Salt & Pepper Wings are the best, most delicious wings I have ever tasted! Seriously, blew me away!

I’ve tried almost every place in Taunton searching for a new Chinese food spot that’s as good as my favorite spot where i previously lived, and Lucky House is my winner. Ive been coming here for about a year now, and have enjoyed everything, very flavorful food. Had Lucky House and movie night with the family, they all enjoyed the food as well

Great food, i love their version of General Tso / Gao chicken. I would have rated the service higher, but the wife was complaining about how great China was and that America doesn't compare. So i asked the simple question, "Why did you come to America and not just stay in China?" Just like I expected, she could not give an explanation. America is not perfect but better than any other place in the world. Yes, I am also an immigrant. I appreciate this country and what opportunities have been presented to me.
As for the atmosphere, I believe they are set up for take out more than eat in.

Ordered the pu pu platter for 2 and vegetable fried rice all was completely inedible horribly over cooked and so very not fresh at all will never order from here again !!

This was our first time back in a few years and we were very pleased with our order. Our order contained a PuPu platter for four, a very flavorful chicken lomein, fried dumplings, and scallion pancakes. The fried items were cooked perfectly- golden in color and not at all greasy. The only item that was disappointing was the scallion pancakes- very hard and crumbly unfortunately. Still giving five stars though, and we will most definitely be ordering from Lucky House again.
