Every time I go here recently I have to park in the spot and wait. Even when I went during the day there was no line not a single person behind me and I have to pull over and wait is ridiculous

This McDonald’s is literally the worst McDonald’s in my opinion on the east coast . I’m convinced that they go out of their way to make the experience the worst as possible so that people don’t come there because the employees hate their jobs . The service is awful and even if you order ahead you still find yourself parked on the side waiting for ten minutes for cold food . Even if you pre order items that really don’t have a prep time for example chicken nuggets or hotcakes and sausage . I waited 15 minutes this morning for hotcakes for my kids and then only to get home to find they forgot the syrup. Don’t even get me started on if you catch the mess up before you leave the store cuz none of the employees can even understand English . I’ve given this location chance after chance and nothing ever gets better . I suppose I’m going to try the other Taunton location although my hopes aren’t high . Close this place down or completely overhaul it. McDonald’s is supposed to be for convenience and all this location has caused has been headaches .

Now, I don’t ever really get McDonald’s because I’m not a huge fan of fast food chains, but tonight I decided to spend my rewards/points, before they expired, so I ordered a free large fry via mobile app. When I pulled up to the drive-thru to give my VC number, they said to go ahead to the second window. So, I did and the french fries that they served me were VERY stiff and hard. They tasted like someone sprayed chemicals on them. Which was an unpleasant surprise. If you took one of the fries and lightly tapped it on a table, you could definitely hear the sound of someone almost like tapping their fingers. None of them were fresh or hot. I did get there a few minutes later than the time I placed the order, but you would think they’d give fresh ones or at least store them not open to air. My experience publicly wise was really nice. It was just the quality of the food that was horrendous. I hope McDonald’s can learn how to properly store ready-to-go food in a container, not exposed to whatever is in the environment. I even heated the fries up on a plate with a moist paper towel over it in the microwave and sadly, they were just as bad as when I first got them. I appreciate the service and the workers I interacted with. They had a positive and appropriate attitude. Thank you for a good in-person experience.

Forgot my pancakes in my order, no ketchup for eggs, no jelly for biscuit, and I had asked if it was in the bag and told yep. At these prices you’d expect decent service.

I just went through the DT.I ordered cheeseburger with extra onions and a 6 pc mcnugget. They put no onions instead of extra so I went back in. Not only did they give me yet ANOTHER CHEESEBURGER WITH NO ONIONS BUT I had to listen to an employee using VERY VULGAR language toward one of the managers. I then call the store as I wasnt given a receipt and the woman answers and hangs up! Calling corporate now!

Terrible service. This location got my order wrong even though I had to wait. Also, the employees were arguing while I was in the drive thru. If your employees focused on doing their job, then the orders wouldn’t be wrong.
