This place is joke. Their customer service is horrible. They do not explain the orders. You will be waiting in your seat for an hour before the one server comes to take your order. STAY AWAY. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE

Consistently wasted time/consistently bad service - in person and picking up - the wife must be exhausted and I commend her for trying, the owner really works her to the bone and she watches her kids while serving - my husband would never ….. Spent almost ten min on the phone placing an order for pick up ordering and being on hold because they have no staff, go to pick up and they don’t have the order - that place would thrive so much if they had a normal staff, last time made a pickup order it was a 45 min wait, having one server and one cook who handles the phone and food really hinders a business , good food I guess , last time I’m ordering from them, the time wasted and frustration consistently isn’t worth it - the wife needs a new husband, she’s too beautiful and kind for that treatment and deserves better…

Don’t even bother going here. There are multiple other places in the area that are way better managed and have better service. The owner or cook whoever it was came out with a pot of coffee then just stopped and stared at us. We sat down cause no one was there to greet us so we thought it was seat yourself so my mother asked for coffee and he told us we had to wait cause the other people there ordered ahead of us which fine whatever then we looked around and none of the other people had food either. They had drinks but no food and idk how long they sat there for but we ended up leaving after waiting another 20 mins.

So bad you couldn’t even make this s**t up. Place smelled like urine when I first came in. The man who “served” us was extremely odd, rude and overall unbearable to deal with. A rude townie who kept on blatantly disrespecting the people I was with. My friends ordered some food, but I decided not to order anything because the smell alone wouldn’t let me eat, plus after his attitude I just simply refused and stuck with coffee (which was disgustingly watery btw). There was absolutely nothing to choose from anyway as he was out of everything and really only had “white bread, turkey sausage and Canadian bacon.” The guy is a personification of disrespect to the restaurant workers. Yikes.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Nothing was fresh, potatos were burnt and meat was borderline rotten. They have one clown doing all the cooking because they’re too cheap to hire anyone and he spends half the time peaking out through the curtain they have hanging in the doorway to the kitchen, so food takes an hour or more to come out. They don’t take order's for pickup over the phone and are rude.

The place was very very weird. My partner and I had been staying in a local hotel and wanted to try a local breakfast place and went here due to pretty high reviews, unfortunately those seem to be leftovers of the old management or staff that ran the place. It was very odd and empty, within a minute or so of sitting down the bartender, who was the only employee there, asked us what we wanted and was almost dumbfounded when we said we needed another minute, he basically just stared at us for what felt like eternity and when we asked for water he walked off without a word and began talking to a couple at the bar who were the only other ones there. After this we decided to leave, avoid avoid avoid.

The man working, who I am now assuming is the owner was very off-putting and just overall odd . He asked for cash payment before we got our food, red flag number 1. Another party came in and he told them he was out of eggs and potatoes (?? red flag 2), then they try and order burgers and he’s suddenly out of onions, they say that’s fine and he starts to walk away and turns around and says “the burgers are gonna have to be on bagels is that alright” the other party then decides to leave and we get our food. I ordered pancakes and my father ordered eggs and bacon, he brings my plate out and gives my father a pancake and a plate of bacon and tells him he’s “out of eggs” mind you we ordered when he still had eggs, it would’ve been nice to know we wouldn’t be getting eggs before we paid for eggs. We were also the only people in there on father’s day weekend which I think speaks for itself…
Horrible service. Cash only. Made us pay up front before getting our food. Order was incomplete. Didn't give us a refund. Nightmare!

I watched 3 different groups of people leave before they even ordered because of how rude the owner was. Normally I love this place but recently it has tanked. Foods good tho with large selection

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!First of all, No one was present when we walked in, stood in the door way waiting for someone to greet us. So we sat ourselves and then a guy came out and didn’t even greet us or say hello. First thing out of his mouth was “have you ever been here before? You just can’t seat yourself” well sir we’re not gonna stand here and wait to be seated. The place smelled like mothballs and mildew. It was INSANELY dark and quiet there. This place doesn’t respect you or or deserve any customers. Worst experience we’ve ever experienced.

showed up around 8 this morning (a Saturday). We have eaten here a few years back, and while it wasn’t fancy, it was tasty, and busy(back then). We were the only people inside. The owner(?) was standing at the bar. He said, “have you ever been here before?” we said, “yes” and he said “well we only take cash” it was the perfect excuse to gtfo. It was like the place was closed, and they forgot to lock the door. Went to Dave’s Diner in Middleboro, and it was fabulous! I never rate anything 1 star, but something weird is happening here for sure.
