Great pizza but I couldn’t understand why I had to literally beg to have someone bring it to my car? I had my granddaughter sleeping and figured you did curbside pickup like every other restaurant?? To make matters worse there weren’t any customers in the store at that time? If I hadn’t ordered ahead on line I would have left.

I order a large steak and cheese grilled peppers and onions provolone cheese and ketchup every single time for 6 years now and it's perfect every time. Them Girls behind that Grill really kill it!

Ordered my food online, went there when it was supposed to be ready (45 mins after I ordered) l had to wait another 20 minutes after that as they were busy, inconvenient but ok, got my pizzas home and the one with bacon and linguica tasted like rotten meat, when I called they said they apologized because their meat was past the expired date and would refund that pizza or remake it for me with fresh ingredients (it cost $29) I asked for the refund as I ate some cheese pizza with the kids…. I just got a refund for $19.87… needless to say I will drive past that Papa Ginos and go to the one in the next town over from now on

We visited last night during what may have been the busiest we have ever seen this papa Gino’s. We did have a significant wait for our food but with the amount of people there we understood. There didn’t seem to be enough people working especially considering it was a rainy Friday night. The woman working the register remained calm and professional while managing a massive amount of people, not all of them understanding either. The rest of the workers were giving it their all to make sure orders came out correctly and hot. The team worked like a well oiled machine together and when we did finally get our food it was some of the best we have had. Thank you all for your hard work despite being clearly understaffed.
