the last 2 times that I've ordered from this location have a huge fail. It's not worth calling to only wait another 40 mins for what I already ordered. try another location.
Manager is extremely rude, and basically called their customer a liar, saying “I don’t think that’s what happened,” when a customer called to state that they used the app, selected buffalo sauce for the chicken they ordered, and it was plain, when the order was received. The customer suggested that the app may not have been working properly.
I cannot tell you how many times our orders were incorrect, when calling them in, & an employee actually took the order.
