Ordered food, $30 worth in delivery. I'm sick, not trying to go and get other people sick. My order proceeds to take almost an hour to deliver and arrives COLD. I didn't get the ranch sauce I ordered, or any ketchup. I don't usually have a poor experience, but this one was honestly terrible. Cold, soggy food is entirely unacceptable. When I call the store, I spoke to a nice young man who directed me to whom i assume was the manager. She proceeded to not care about the confusion, and knowingly seeing my food sitting there, didn't even offer to make anything fresh for me. Mind you I live less than 8 minutes from the store. I don't understand the long delivery, lack of empathy and ice cold expensive food.

Not sure the name of the cashier that was working the night shift on 11/16 but she provided excellent service. Although multiple customers were being extremely rude to her because the food was taking a little longer than their pick up time, she held her composure and kept a smile on her face while fixing the situations immediately. I was picking up a doordash order as I do this on the side from my full time job. I had multiple customers at my own job today being just as rude as her customers were so I feel her stress. She’s an asset to your company!!

When my bread is more meatier than the meat and for what i paid for the price of the medium sub i was quite disappointed. The meat thickness should equal the bread thickness. Two slices of ham across the length of the sub roll bread. Is not sufficient enough. Staff and atmosphere is awesome. I always loved their food ; yet i am not satisfied with the quality of quantity of meat slices over the price of this sub. As did my Mother’s sub.
Please adjust the meat protocol for satisfaction happy customers

I absolutely love this particular Papa Gino’s Sarah is the absolute best always makes my experience there such an easy smooth transaction. Puts customers 1st always & you can tell cares that she provides a great service to all . Big shoutout to Adam as well. Makes my Korean BBQ Steak & Cheese A1 everytime! Never misses that man makes a mean sub exactly to my liking and I’m picky lolz. From the 1st time I ordered from them a few weeks ago Adam been making them on point everytime & that’s exactly why I keep coming back !
Called in for pick up Kristen G the rudest & Fiona . After asking for her name she said she didn’t remember not realizing my receipt said it lol . Will never be back .
