My fiancé and I went here after wanting to try it for a very long time. We’ve been so busy and finally had time to go out so we were excited. We got here waited forever for our drinks, which weren't good. Put in for an appetizer it never came out. We watched other tables that sat down after us get their apps and food before us. Waitress was nice though, had asked if it was our first time there when she greeted us so we really thought this place was going to impress us. Ordered burgers they came out nearly raw and soggy with cold fries. Cook came out and apologized asked if we wanted anything else, we said no because had already been there for so long we just wanted to leave. Thankfully the meal was partially comped. We went to Mcdonald’s on the way home which was really good. Sadly wont be back to Riverhouse.

Our server, Brooke was fabulous, attentive, helpful and smiling. The place itself was inviting with indoor or outdoor seating available. The tables indoors were low or high top and there was a bar. The wallpaper was lovely and the old wood was beautiful. The beer was iced cold and the sugar rim was delightful. The martini needed a bit of help but after some collaboration it was great. We had apps with our drinks, the first being chicken fingers. They were inconsistently cooked with some portions being juicy and other parts dry. A skimpy portion of celery and carrots were served with them. The second appetizer was buffalo chicken rangoons. The rangoons were only partially filled and they had absolutely no heat in them. Although they were perfectly cooked, the lack of flavor and skimpy filling left us not being a fan.

This place in Taunton is in the historic Weir village area and Close to patriot Park. My 1st time at this location and the food was surprisingly good. They had variety and a great menu. The atmosphere was also great...they had indoors and outdoors seats. The service was welcoming and the waiter was down to earth. Definitely need to go and visit this location and see for yourself.

We had two drinks brought in a timely manner and two wonderful apps, a flatbread, and the never disappointing buffalo chicken dip. We had Cindy as a server. She is so funny, down to earth, and a wonderful server. We felt fully attended to and never needed to ask for anything as Cindy was very prompt. We had a great lunch and will be back in the future!

Cindy was by waitress tonight and she was phenomenal. I would recommend to get Cindy for your waitress. She was amazing five star 100% per personality. Her attitude. Everything was amazing. Loved her recommend coming back here definitely 100% and I’m telling all my friends and I hope she gets Cindy for a waitress.

Sea scallops, two Almond crusted salmon fillets with sweet chili glaze,, and Turkey tips meals came with choice two sides . Roasted butternut squash and broccoli Caesar were great. Service was attentive but unhurried. Definitely adding to our list of favorites. Our party of four throughly enjoyed our night out
