Quite disturbing when you are sitting at the bar with your friends having a drink when your approached by the hostess to go stand out in the Lobby and wait for your table ! As crazy as it sounds its true. Very unprofessional. Then we finally got our table and after we placed our orders it took over an hour to receive our food. As good as the food was it was not worth it to be humiliated over such behavior.

The food's good but don't try to order anything for take-out. They don't seem to like it and discourage you by making it difficult to order. I tried by phone and was told I had to come in to order so I did, but I could only do so by sitting at the bar. My bartender was nice about it when I asked if I could place a to-go order but then another employee interrupted and rudely told me I had to stay at the bar and hang out (order a drink?) if I was doing take-out. They were busy so I'll give them that but it did take more than 30 min for my food to come out. If I wasn't ordering for a picky eater, I would have just gone elsewhere.

Been here a number of times. Most recently for the Santa brunch yesterday. Another wonderful event. The food and drinks were delicious, and the kids had a blast. Always get a good meal, and the atmosphere and staff are incredible.

We sat in the back so we felt the draft from the door in and out people going to the igloos probably should’ve moved over. Wouldn’t be so cold. The food was pretty good overall seafood pie was a little bit too salty and rich. Everything else was great service was good especially for a busy weekend.

Celebrated my husband bday with group of 15 people. Amazing place all around our waitress was amazing literally all the staff were super friendly! Food top notch drinks amazing. 10 out of 10 recommended cant wait to plan our next visit to the river house.

The staff was awesome and the food was incredible as always. I loved the atmosphere for Christmas especially the Olaf and Christmas tree. Despite being short handed tonight, the staff did an amazing job. This place never disappoints.

My family and I went to Riverhouse tonight and we had a great experience. Despite being spread thin, the staff was warm and welcoming. The service felt nothing short of fabulous. The building is gorgeously decorated for the season. We loved the Olaf decoration over in the corner. He just adds to the Christmas joy. Our food was delicious and arrived promptly. I’m glad I got to introduce some family to the buffalo dip because it is my all time favorite. I’m looking forward to my next trip!
