Sarku japan is the best place to get food in the Galleria mall, for an extra 1.25 you get extra meet and extra sauce . Noodle or rice and they cook it right in infront of you I dont know why they bother putting other food vendors in that food court ... easiest choice.... choose Sarku japan
Great service and food
Only one star because of the manager .first of all he don't now how to speak English and really bad customer service.
Food is pretty good for the price, but the mall is dying.
First time going to a sarku japan in silver city Galleria, we order our food and one plate was chicken teriyaki double meat with fried rice. The second one that was my food was fried rice lomein and vegetables. We also ordered two sodas. They didnt give us our sodas we asked for. We also was waiting for our food and checked the reciept. They charged us for 2 chicken meals and charged us for extra meat. When i pulled my food away they said no meat. Im like no meat. They were talking and knew they messed up but disnt want to fix it. My meal at other sarku japans is always around 450 for just lomein veggies and fried rice in the small container i always get. If you guys are going to overcharge atleast fix it if you know what happened. Wont be visiting this location again.

I wasn't even allowed to get a combo without paying for something outside of the main Chicken special. I don't really plan on going back to this one again. Most of the time this is my default food I get in the mall, not for this one though.
Great for fast food, great sticky rice.
Love eating here, it's a chain but it's yummy and the people working there are always kind when you aren't being obnoxious.

Food is good and usually consistent with portions and flavor. Chicken, shrimp, steak delicious. I have ordered the spring rolls before and never again because they were disgusting, greasy with an awful smell.
horrible customer service specially to people that always go back and get food you pay for extra chicken and they dont even give you extra meat also the manager does not know how to handle his employees when they are wrong.
