I was treated very poorly by a lady at this establishment. I think the attendant’s name was Dawn. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. It was a really bad experience.

I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome due to the staff’s demeanor. When I requested ketchup packets (as they are not available at the dressing bar), the employee provided only four packets for a footlong sandwich. As she placed them on the counter, one fell to the floor. When I politely asked for a replacement, the cashier responded with visible frustration—rolling her eyes and displaying unprofessional body language.
Not only was this interaction unpleasant, but it also raised concerns about hygiene and customer service standards. I expect better professionalism and courtesy when dining out. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve future customer experiences.

No one is friendly at this Subway. Toaster was broken, lettuce soggy and brown, I handed the cashier a coupon at checkout and they informed me “they don’t take Subway coupons because it’s too expensive.” I’ll never return to this subway.

Horrible place! My daughter went in to get 1 sub tonight. (8/27/24 @ 7pm)There was no one else in the store. The young girl behind the counter was rude & dismissive. The order was given clearly. When she was making it, she disregarded what was ordered and just threw stuff on sandwich. When asked to correct…she rolled her eyes and said, “really?” When paying, my daughter gave her a coupon and she said…”I’m not taking your coupon!” My son had to pick apart sub to eat it, roll was not fresh, it was gross! Manager: feel free to comment what went wrong here. I

I have ordered here multiple times after attending a soccer game at forekicks. I always have a good experience with very nice staff being very respectful and nice. Never had a problem. Thank you for your great service & good food.

I tried calling to ask them if they could please cook my bacon crispy& when I tried calling someone picked up & hung up the call & when I got there & made a comment I was told “ya well we busy” .. I get that but don’t hang up the phone! Actually answer it..

The owners are awful people. Constantly displaying their lack of professionalism by babying customers and staff. The male owner, Marius, is constantly on a power trip. Yelling at customers for touching glass or using the bathroom like they are children. He does the same thing to his staff of well over a year. He treats them as if they do not know what they are doing while most of the staff work without them at night. He also has a weird dynamic with his wife. Constantly fighting with her in front of customers, and treating her more like an employee then an equal and his wife.
He also does not follow proper procedures for subway. Many things are done “their way” instead of the proper way to do them. Never buy any of the pretzels or deli meat from there, as the deli meat is often sliced 3-4 days before hand, and butter is supposed to be changed every 2 hours and gets used for days. Half of the time it’s not even butter, the staff are too lazy to refill it and use olive oil. Same thing with any veggies. The lettuce was usually expired before we put it on the line for customers. it would be slimy and red and we had to serve it or get in trouble. They also would order too much stock and most times 2 boxes of tomatoes would be left the day we were getting more food from the truck.
These people are also severely overworking their staff. There’s someone working over 60 hours a week because they think it’s too expensive to hire other people. They refuse to help pick up the slack and let their employees suffer.
Also, all the other reviews are mentioning coupons. So everyone reading this is aware, the owners are the ones who choose whether you can use them or not. And if you place an online order with a coupon while they are on shift, they will complain and call you a “thief” bc the other sandwich is free. Had a specific instance where he actually said that to a customers face, and then told me to short his food after making it incorrectly. After he left I remade the food, but I have since left the store so you may not be as lucky. I would recommend if you do go in, to wait until 4-5 o’clock
Overall, just don’t eat here. These people don’t deserve your support, and there is another subway 10 minutes down the street. I’m not saying this to be petty and get back at these people, I quit after a year because they were ridiculous.

Upon first interaction with management, I found them to be both rude and incompetent. Poorly run location. Regular staff are kind and considerate, however.

The older guy interrupted me while I was trying to tell him my order just to tell me not to put my bottle of soda along the counter because it would. “ Scratch the counter” and then did the same thing to the customer behind me because the customer touched the glass. very unprofessional if you ask me

I felt the discomfort as soon as I walked in. The manager had a problem with my daughter when she was being a normal toddler curious and playing around. He told me to control my kid multiple times which made me feel discriminated and disgusted. I never spent money at a place and felt regretful. If I knew the atmosphere was going to be this way I would’ve never stayed or step foot in this Subway. I am a single mother raising a 1 year old girl on my own. I thought I would be SAFE to grab a sub for lunch and it turned out to ruin my afternoon. I REPEAT do NOT come here especially with kids. He also has customers commenting on me and my child.

I’ve never had weirder experience in a place. The staff were so extremely rude to my mom, sister & I. The owner did not want to give us the code to the bathroom. They put double meat on our sandwich that we did not order and then made a point to tell the owner at the register to charge us double. The staff seemed absolutely miserable and projected this on us as customers. We will never ever support this subway or business again.
Make sure you don’t point or tap the glass while looking at the menu. You’ll get yelled at by a man who turns bright red and has tears in his eyes. We thought he was joking at first but scolded us like we were kids in detention. The most bizarre experience we’ve ever had and we were there for no longer than 10 minutes. Yuck
