This location is EXTREMELY slow in the service department. Will prioritize drive thru traffic over walk in customers. It's not first come first served. Waited nearly 30 minutes after placing my order in the lobby on multiple occasions. Only has 1 food making line open during rush times and can see the employees moving so slowly they might as well be on break. Raised their prices through the roof and delivered a worse product. Making it easy to spend my money somewhere else.

Getting really frustrated with PAYING for the avocado sauce & NEVER receiving it. Frustrated with ordering a LARGE soda, and constantly being given a smaller size. I visited today, ordered 4 of the avocado sauces, and a large soda. And received none of them. Reading isn't hard. & if it is hard, maybe stop charging for upgrades and sauces if the employees aren't going to READ the orders.

I ordered from Uber eats and these melon heads gave us the wrong order gave us nothing we ordered everything was also freezing cold! definitely going to head office as this has happened once too many times hire some new people on god!!!!
