We absolutely loved our waitress trinity. She made our drinks to perfection and the food was brought out promptly and HOT! Please do yourself a favor and get the new toffee molten cake dessert, you deserve it!

I went here with a friend for food and drinks. We sat at the bar on a Saturday night. Keep that in mind. SATURDAY night. We were the only ones in the place. The bartender did not appear friendly at all at first. She looked annoyed we even walked in. I now knew why it was so dead in there. The decor and lighting made it seem like it was a 1980's Italian funeral home. They need to up their game in decor. We ordered the wings platter. 3 different kinds of wings with sauces. It was so inconsistent and one side had to much sauce on them it was pooling over to the other wings. It was not pleasing to look at, at all. I ordered a drink which was good, but didn't taste like it had any liquor in it at all. I don't really drink so I am sensitive to the taste of alcohol. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. You look over at Smokey Bones or at Sol De Mexico and they're jamming. TGI franchise owner should take a look and find out where they are messing up before they end up having to close due to financial losses.

My family and I used to always come here for my birthday dinner because I loved their whiskey burgers. I was feeling a bit nostalgic this year and wanted to revisit what was a very happy memory. We were all extremely disappointed. We received our drinks and appetizers at a normal time (no thanks to our actual server but instead who I believe was his manager I think her name was Jess- she was absolutely lovely) but when it came to ordering entrees it took about 30 minutes after our apps were gone for our server to actually look at us and realize we were still waiting for him to come back and take our order. This wouldn’t be as upsetting as it was if we hadn’t specifically told him we were ready to order and he said he would be right back for that. It took over an hour for the food to come out and it was awful. All 3 burgers and the sirloin was over cooked. I personally had some mystery crunchy bits inside the hamburger itself. My family has never been wasteful and always taken home leftovers but we refused the boxes our server offered, leaving half of all of our meals on the table. When the check came we were charged for the chips and salsa that are supposed to be complimentary for members of the rewards program and an appetizer that I specifically stated I had a coupon for. We didn’t even bother to dispute any of it because we just wanted to get the hell out of that dumpster fire. This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had which was truly disappointing because I was just hoping for a nostalgic birthday. We will not be returning.

To start, I have been a loyal customer of TGI Fridays since I was a little girl. Also, I am definitely not one to write a mean comment online, but today was just unacceptable.I have a gluten intolerance, and I know when going to restaurants you have to be extra careful. However, I decided to try the whiskey glaze burger with a GLUTEN FREE bun. I paid $52 and change for two burgers (one regular and one gluten free). When it got to the house we were so excited to eat because it took an hour to get to me (which is understandable considering it is delivery). When I opened the bag, there were two burger that looked identical to one another. The boxes had no identification on which one could have been the gluten free. When I called to ask I got “let me get my manager” which resulted in me staying on the phone for 12 minutes and no one came. This is unacceptable and NOT the TGI Fridays I remember. If you can’t find decent help, close.Dietary restrictions: Wheat

First of all, I’ve never seen a place so empty on a weekend night. Saturday night and only 2 other people are there. A few others trickle in and leave. The ambience was subpar at best. It reminded me of death. The bartender seemed like she hated that we even walked in there at first. I felt rushed and unwelcome. She got better after awhile. We ordered boneless wings. They were expensive and they were weird. They put way too much sauce on them and it sat like a glob on the plate. I don’t expect fine dining presentations, but my 7 year old can do better than that. Way too much sauce on top of that. Another gentleman came in and had an impairment. She was also insensitive to his needs as well. I figured out pretty quickly why it is always so empty there. Im shocked they’re even still open.

We were not greeted for what was probably, 10 minutes. Not a person in sight. (Guest wise, also…that’s a telling sign) alas, we’re quietly greeted by a server (?) not sure what he was. he then sat us at a dirty table said he’d clean it. He comes back to clean it and says he’s our server & asked what we wanted to drink. we didn’t have menus given to us so we ordered whatever came to mind for drinks. then my boyfriend thankfully spotted menus on the bar and kindly brought them to the table. Server didn’t acknowledge we hadn’t even gotten a single menu, nor that my son needed another juice box when he was having a coughing fit, NOR that I never even received my drink!! Due to No bartender I’m assuming? Which normally id understand but once again, server didn’t even acknowledge it once. I don’t understand… I understand short staffing during dinner rush, but there was THREE tables seated in the whole entire restaurant. The place was also trashed almost every table dirty. “Speed of service” didn’t exist as our server was too caught up in filling the bartender-less bar’s ice. After waiting 20 minutes after my boyfriend and son received their drinks (and me never getting mine) we walked out. Both of us are in the industry and please save your coupon, giftcard, whatever you’re gonna offer , just please dont. We won’t be returning.

This place is horrible. Waited 10 minutes just to be seated. The place was dead. The hostess said he b right with us. Never came back. Stood at table talking to customers. Never again. Just happened on Sunday at 5 pm . 12-11-22

Havent been to TGI Fridays in many years but was pleasantly surprised coming back. It was quite crowded but the manager Jess and staff were professional in getting us seated and served quickly. The loaded potato skins are also a must try. Thanks guys!

Jessica Rounds the manager was amazing!! we had an issue ordering from a third party , and she made sure to go above and beyond to fix it. we will definitely be going back just because of her..

The general manager has exceptional attention to detail and went far out of her way to make sure our order was perfect. We are grateful she did all she could to give us a positive experience!

Just waited for 20 minutes at a host stand to never be acknowledged! Waiting was not the issue but not seeing an employee for 20 minutes is concerning. Not the first time we’ve had this experience at this location. Ended up leaving and going to Chilis which has equally fast and subpar food, but better service to their customers (: Avoid this Fridays location - it’ll close soon!

There was 3 people running the whole restaurant. Two of them did nothing, took forever to get seated along with other people. The bartender was doing everyone’s jobs, hosting, taking orders, serving and running the bar while the other two sat around and hide in the back. The bartender deserves a raise.

We have been to this location many times. It has been slowly going downhill. Last night will be our last visit. I feel bad for the staff that are working, as our waitress was handling the bar and all the tables around the bar. Clearly too many tables. My wife ordered a steak medium rare and they brought a char broiled rock. Which could happen anywhere. My food was not even warm. But I was hungry and didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for a reheated plate. They brought my wife a new steak after 20 minutes. She ate some of it. For the amount the place charges I would expect food cooked how you ask. And definitely heated above room temperature. Again not blaming the few people who were working. We will just go to a local restaurant next time out.

No complaints about the food or the service, but the place was so cold you could hang meat in there. When I asked manager to turn the AC down he said he would, but I don't think he new the difference between up and down. It just seem to get colder. When the food came out you had to inhale it,because within minutes the food was cold.Won't go there again.

Like coming here, especially when Lindsey is working. She is a great waitress/bartender/hostess and always has a smile no matter how busy she may be. She is the main reason we go here for years and she has never let us down.
