I ordered the Pearl steak and was disappointed, I ordered medium rare and it was more medium, I would have been ok with this but the sirloin was just not good, it was so tough I had trouble cutting it and chewing was even harder. The sauce that came with it was good and the potatoes were good but the poor quality meat ruined the meal for me. My wife ordered the Pork Alentejan and said it was good. A few minutes into dinner the live music started and it was so loud i could not...
So I would like to say that I had a bad experience ordering some takeout. But the truth of the matter is, even though something it was forgotten in the order one quick call and they made up for it. And then some with no question. Service is always super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I'd recommend anybody wanting some portuguese food here in taunton, to definitely check out the pearl on weir street
Delicious, Authentic Portuguese cuisine with other favorites such as chicken parmigiana, sandwiches and a great variety of burgers. We had the Cod Fish Cakes, Chicken Mozambique and Madeira Chicken, carrot cake and the salted caramel Vanilla cake all absolutely delicious, amazing n all at a great price .
Looking forward to going back serval times to try 1 of every thing on the menu.
