This is the only Tom and Jimmy's that I've been to he's got three locations I believe. But this one here in Taunton is amazing the service is always great the people that serve the ice cream always have a great smile on their face and even though they don't make their own ice cream it's very good ice cream. They have some great combinations and flavors you've got to try the T Hoye. Awesome

This Oreo ice cream cake was absolutely delicious and everyone loved it! It was a big hit, and we’re already ordering another one for this weekend. Deanna was also wonderful to work with and communicated clearly throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Been buying ice cream cake for 24 yrs for my son and This was the absolute best ice cream cake we’ve ever had!! My son LOVES ice cream cakes, especially for his birthdays! This year we got ice cream few days before Halloween and my son said I would love a birthday cake from here! I was like oh hunny they’re probably ending for season soon but nope!! They’re open all year long, so that was huge plus!! Cake was decorated perfectly and the flavors/Reese chunks were the perfect balance! Everyone said Wow this is best ice cream cake ever!! New go to from cakes!! Thank you to Jimmy and the employees for amazing service and work!! Happy holidays!

I would recommend Tom & Jimmy’s on 44 Winthrop Street 100%!! My daughter has a tree nut allergy and every time I mention it they go out of their way to wash the utensils, hands, and put on gloves! I really appreciate how far they go for my little one! We have been turned down at other local ice cream places! But here never once and we go quite often!! I appreciate all the girls that work there and appreciate how safe they are! ❤️

I texted with the owner about ordering an ice cream cake for my son, he wrongly described it. I picked blue for the color after he asked if I wanted pink or blue. Drove 30 minutes there to find out they are all pink and only the inscription was an option of pink or blue. This was not communicated to us clearly. However when we got there the young girl was extremely rude to us, annoyed we were there even though the place was dead, wanted us to pay for it before seeing it, rolled her eyes at me when I politely asked to see it with my son who was excited. I hope they had camera so the owners could see how rude she was. Overall the ice cream is really just OK at best but the customer service was awful. The owner did apologize (insincere) but did not try to fix anything for us. So unfortunately I will not be going back as I had a very disappointed son.

Parking is bad, got people taking 3 spots . Vibe not so welcoming.
The Sundaes are always a let down. Big cups but half of it is whipped cream. Just get a cone, save yourself the disappointment
