Their AI messed up my order, definitely not coming back as long as that trash is taking orders.
And my burger was barely even warm and drier than the fries. They've got their main sells pre-made under a heater now for sure. Gross.

Two Thumbs Up! I had a fantastic experience at Wendy's today and absolutely can't complain. The food was very good, but what really made the visit exceptional was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always smiling—it really elevated the whole experience. If I'm ever nearby, this Wendy's is a for sure stop anytime. Great job!

Went to order from the drive through and it is an automated teller, it was not registering what I was saying. Asked 3 times, I read it exactly from the menu and it still asked me questions. Was frustrated and drove off , as I passed the window there were 5 employees just standing around. I would go back to an actual person taking the order and not automated in my opinion.

decent customer service, but they had no product. I cant handle it, i was starving. They had no meat, no forks, & the drink machine needs repairs.
The frosty machine is never working highly unacceptable why am I able to get one during the day and never at night straight lazy.
