I hate to review a fast food joint because they are never good and never healthy.....Anyway this will be the last fast food stop I make. So I stopped here around 545pm tonight it was a long day at work and I wasn't going home for supper as I had things to do. This Wendys didn't have any long lines considering it was 545pm. I typically don't like to write negative reviews but this Wendys always seem to be awful and I won't be going there again. I ordered a biggie meal the burger was cold, no extra pickle or onion was given the bacon was cold and like rubber the tomato was very pale pink yellow. The fries were hot which was a shocker and the nuggets were hot. The guy gives me a large soda which I say I wanted a medium and this has no ice. I want ice it's a fountain soda so naturally I want ice or it's going to go stale quick. So instead of making a new one he is dumping some soda out and shaking a few pieces of ice cubes in it. Immediately I'm like noooooo that's definitely going to flatten the soda. I didn't want to say anything because I've been told to never complain or people who work at the reaturants do gross things to the food. Yep sure enough it was flat as can be. Point kf the story I don't understand what's so difficult these days to provide good service no matter where and things are expensive even crazy unhealthy fast food which I do avoid but I was so hungry and grabbed something and it was just awful experience all around. I would not recommend this wendys in taunton on bay st nothing has changed. The wendys that's always hot and fresh and kind staff and efficient is the one in Mansfield when I've gone if I'm in a pinch and need something fast and not crazy pricey.
Anyway also what happened to the thick chili????? The wendys chili is so watery now. Huge disappointment.

This has got to be the worst Wendy's around . The guys at night are so lazy twice I ordered hot coffee first time I tell the kid it's not hot oh that's cuz u asked for cream. Try it again go thru drive thru order hot coffee not hot I tell the kid he takes it and makes another from the same pot he just made the 1st one from I go inside tells me I only have the coffee that's in the pot I said well make another one it's 830 ur open till one . There lazy and have no personality

I ordered a Ranch Chicken Wrap from Wendy’s today and was really disappointed when I got home and opened it. The wrap wasn’t even wrapped properly — it looked like someone just folded it over like a sandwich. Everything was falling apart, and it was honestly frustrating to see such poor presentation!!

This kind of quality and care shouldn’t be acceptable. The staff and manager should be disappointed that customers are being served food like this. When you pay for a meal, you expect at least a basic level of effort and consistency

What a joke this place is!! I spend 15$ plus for one person and when I ask for sweet and sour sauce I’m told it’s an extra charge why because I didn’t get nuggets? How money hungry can a business be to charge extra for 1 dipping sauce! I was not asking for extra simply a sauce to go with my fries. I’ll stick to McDonalds or BK where a girl can get 1 sauce

Worst grilled ranch chicken wrap I ever got there was only chicken and some cheese 2 pieces of lettuce and the chicken was hard as rocks never going back to that Wendy’s !!!!they used to be so good

I have literally never left a negative review but this was worth it unfortunately. First I ordered and paid for a 10 piece nugget and they only gave me 8, I would have turned around and said something but the girls at the window were both SO rude it wasn’t even worth it. They gave me dirty looks and didn’t say a word to me, just shoved the food at me and snatched my phone out of my hand (for Apple Pay). I get its fast food but come on, just rude and unnecessary and it made me pretty uncomfortable.

The “woman” restocking cups that took our order was extremely rude and we got attitude for trying to correct our order and get a refund. Could be friendlier :)

Better off raising a calf to full age, slaughtering it, and cooking it. It will be faster than this drive through could ever dream of. I bought my kids a kids meal. Should’ve got them a regular meal by the time I get my food they’ll be in college.

What was the point of implementing an AI drive-thru if the prices are still through the roof and lines are now constantly long as the AI struggles to understand basic instruction?

Don't eat here, literally across the road is a deli in the 7-11, there's a Subway on the other side, and a sandwich shop at the gas station. Hell, you can call Brack's and order takeout for the same price as what you'd spend here, and it's significantly better quality food.

Haven’t gone to this place in over a year due to bad experiences in the past. Figured I would give them another shot and once again, ended up regretting it. They charged me for an expensive burger I did not ask for, I simply ordered a cheesy cheddar burger which they have sold at all locations for MANY years and because the people taking my order did not understand what that burger was, they opted to charge me for a burger that was 2x the cost. Not the end of the world, I kindly and politely pulled back up to the window, trying to hand that burger back and just get the correct one so we can be on our way. I wasn’t even asking for the difference in money back and I had two employees interrogating me like I was trying to somehow screw them over. Then basically telling me too bad that’s the burger we got and they aren’t fixing it. Before losing my cool I just opted to pull over and let my daughter run in and just purchase the burger separately and we threw the incorrect burger in the trash because it was not worth literally arguing. My teenage daughter comes back to the truck and come to find out those same people were giving her a nasty attitude saying that burger does not exist until they looked a little further into the menu and found they were wrong, it DOES exist. No sorry, no attempt to correct it, just charged for yet another burger and ignorantly sent her on her way. You can easily tell the employees that actually care vs the employees that get a kick out of escalating situations like this.

This Wendy's now takes orders with an electronic audio system. Don't worry, your order will still be wrong but it will be very clear you ordered something else on the receipt.
