Walked 20 mins up 20 back in the freezing cold. 5 people wouldn’t take my order. Waited 7 mins while they play on their phones. Get home to see my burger has no meat on it. All racist blacks working. I’m astonished.

Lazy service and the food was cold. I had to pay for a meal I didn’t want because the worker wasn’t listening. He was nice though and the girl working the second window was as well. No ketchup in the bag and only gave us sweet and sour.

The Crispy Chicken Sandwich isn't what it was (what is?), but it's still one of THE best "grab a bite and go" options available, and I can get a Coke Zero. Thank you, Wendy's!

Completely wrong order. Getting back on the highway we realized we received the completely wrong food order... The drinks were correct though. Also never received a receipt so didn't seem worth it going all the way back to argue our point even though we spent way more than the food we received.

This place has reminded me to always double check my orders before I drive away. I've stopped here twice now on my way home from work. Both times I was in a rush and didn't check my food and both times my order was wrong.

This location routinely gets bogged down between 5:30-6:30 most weeknights. Understand that there *will* be a wait.

Edit to update - this can also reliably be expected to back up during most lunches. This is near the industrial Park, and the 495 interchange.
