I am an obnoxiously picky eater. I typically wouldn't go to a Japanese steak house. My wife and I went here once because she wanted Sushi, and I was reserved to just getting McDonalds on the way home. However, I ended up getting their steak dinner along with scallion pancakes to start. Since then, I've been a regular at this location. The owners are so kind, the food is always top notch, and I am served faster than any restaurant I've ever been to. I now go here at least once a week. I couldn't recommend this location enough

Yamato is our go to restaurant for dine in and take out! I have never had a bad experience. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, everyone is always so nice, and they’re definitely family friendly! If you like sushi, this is the place to go. They have a great selection with the best prices I’ve seen. I can’t get sushi anywhere else because it’s never as good. Their hibachi meals are delicious and affordable as well! They also have great pork gyoza and a good selection of drinks. You can’t go wrong here with their delicious food and great prices!

Their party boat selection was delicious. We also had the grilled squid, edamame and an additional vegetarian roll for our toddler. Very nice staff. Very brisk take out business too.

Had a real nice one. Great food, friendly staff, not like the people who worked there when it was Friendy's. There was even a kid who zoomed by like sonic the hedgehog. Perfect location near a McDonald's so I was able to grab a diet coke, 2 big macs, large fry, and chocolate shake for the ride home. If I had looser pants I would have grabbed a mcflurry as well. Will definitely go back.
