The service here is excellent, the food is great, and the employees are hardworking people who always do their best. Now, after reading some of the negative reviews, I just have to say: they’re laughable.
First of all, complaining about employees “not speaking English well”? That’s ridiculous. We speak English perfectly — and more than one language, by the way. Unlike many of you, who can barely handle your own language. If you can’t even place a simple order without messing it up, you’re definitely not qualified to criticize anyone.
Second, most of the so-called “problems” people mention show nothing but ignorance. Fries won’t stay hot forever. Wrong orders? Most of the time it’s because you didn’t order properly — we always double-check before handing them out. If meat is undercooked, it’s usually an equipment issue, not the staff. And yes, the restaurant might not be spotless every second of the day, but that’s because we’re focused on making your food quickly, so you don’t complain about waiting.
So next time you think about leaving a review, try learning to use your own language, learn how to order correctly, and maybe recognize the effort of people who are actually working hard. Until then, your reviews say a lot more about you than about this restaurant.

Every time I get a burger or a fry, the burger bun is so dry taste like it’s been sitting in the warmer forever. The fries always are not hot like they’ve also been sitting in the warmer, but the burgers are disgusting now at least the cheeseburger is cause they must sit until the buns just get dry and harden. Disappointing when it’s the only thing you get.

This locations frequently gives me a small fry or a small drink when I’ve paid for the medium meal… I’ve gone in before and asked and they said they ran out of the medium containers… OK. This is honestly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to, I hate going here, I regret it almost every time

Its 12:30 am been at the drive through window with no one in front of me for 10 min and no one has take my order. Why stay open till 2 am if you’re not actually going to take orders??? Im confused?

ive never ever in my life seen that many rude brazilians let alone in ine single store,i guess if you are decent person you wont get hired,every single time there is item missing,90% of the time is 2 items missing,but i learn my lesson from this store,check tour order while stil at the window,on top if it after they hand you the “messed up” order they turn around and they dont wanna turn back,is always knocking on the window,and ofcourse my lovely horn,so you cant explain because language barrier,there is zero english in the other side of the window,and one kid told me i should of learn portuegese if i wanna communicate with any of them,he talked to the phone to translate and showed me what he want it to say,and they make you feel guilty that the order is messed up,then after they complete the order,the bag is handed by female manager(i beleive she is)and i dont get any “sorry” for the mistake,i dont want free food thats for sure,but she wanna make sure you get offended even more,and saying next time i should know what to order,no idea what stopped me,but was about to smack her with the bag,about starts…if there was option ill take at least 100 stars,they are still in businness just because BK next door aint good,if they were good this McJoke is gonna close in short time
