I pre order, only live 4 minutes away, and pick up within that 4 minutes..my food should not be lukewarm/cold and my drinks should not be watered down especially coffee almost every. single. time. Almost my entire $15 order in the trash.
I have extensive experience in working with different dunkin stores and pre orders should not be at the bottom of your list to make because these customers expect to come in, pick up, and leave but instead I’ve overheard so many complaints about waiting 20+ minutes for orders WHILE waiting myself.

Great service! Didn't have my shaker cup to mix my collagen with the coffee I had just purchased. I asked if they could shake it for me, and the gentleman obliged! It was very early in the morning, so it wasn't busy, but I gave him a well-deserved tip! It's the little things. Thank you! 😊
