I’ve given this location too many chances over the past few years, consistently the worst coffee out of any location i’ve been to. My most recent visit this morning may be my last time here. I ordered a sweet black pepper bacon sandwich, nothing else, no coffee, just a sandwhich, only one other car behind me at the drive through. They handed me a box with the wrong sandwich entirely, not even on a croissant. I drove back through and handed it back to the employee at the window, who just stared at me for several seconds like she couldn’t comprehend what was happening. Honestly, it felt like she might have been under the influence of something.
They eventually gave me the correct sandwich, but while eating it on my way to work, I bit into a piece of paper that was cooked into the sandwich. Not bacon, not packaging stuck to the outside, actual paper inside the food.
This location has been consistently awful for years. Constant wrong orders, slow service, staff that seem completely checked out, and now food safety concerns. I already submitted a complaint to corporate, this is a food safety concern that i will continue to escalate to the health department if needed, but I doubt much will come of it based on how long this has been a problem.
Avoid this place if you have literally any other option. It’s one of the worst-run Dunkin’ locations I’ve ever been to.

Food isn’t great, staff is even worse. Extremely unwelcoming and make me feel bad for even showing up. I understand working may not be fun, but dont show that to customers please. This is my third or fourth negative experience at this dunkins, which is the only reason im leaving this review. I ordered 3 munchkins and specifically asked for none of them to be glazed, what was I met with you ask? A glazed munchkin. I also asked for extra base in my refresher and was met with a very harsh no. I have never had this problem at amother dunkins, only this one. I think they only did it for me one time here. Overall just very rude employees. Girl with the tattoo on the back of her left arm made my experience more enjoyable at the window, gave a sticker and a smile.

I'd love to know who the regional manager is for all these Duncan's in Baldwinsville Templeton Athol just show up when they say they're opening 30 minutes after and the lights are all off and the employees are staring out the window cuz they don't want to do their job pretty shity when you can't get a coffee from three different locations when you're on your way to work very disappointing

This is one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. A lot of the staff are nice but most our kids and frankly like kids don’t wanna be at work. The worst part of this place is their drive-through experience. I swear they do one car at a time from the looks of some of their staff they probably can’t multitask.

My order never comes out accurate, for whatever reason they don’t read the orders back to the customers which makes the orders wrong 9/10. The manager is very rude and goes to work out of uniform, basically in her pajamas. I always ask for my bagel toasted dark, and for whatever reason this location barely even puts the bagel in the toaster, like I get it cold. It’s closest to me and my work, so I end up having no choice. But it’s getting seriously upsetting to continually spend money at a place that can’t ever get anything right! And when the staff tried to make it right the manager was extremely rude to them! I wish I could contact the owner because this place is a mess, and a disappointment every time.

Every single time I come here for a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. I ask for extra cheese and every time, there isn’t. This isn’t the first time they mess up orders. I don’t go here frequently, maybe 3 times a month just to get a sandwich and stuff for others. I don’t understand how you can work in customer service where you have to be detail oriented and listen to a customers request and still not pay attention. I’ve worked in restaurants and I always paid attention to what was asked of me. This place is just clearly people who are lazy or don’t care to do their job properly.
I go here out of laziness because it’s the closest one to me… but 9/10 they mess up my order and it takes forever. I’m gonna assume it’s usually due to understaffing but today I saw like 4 people in there and only one other person in the drive thru😭 I’ve worked at dunks before and there are bad days I get it… but I worked at one 10000x busier with less ppl on with less mess ups I swear.. they didn’t put the right bread on my sandwich today and the paper they wrapped it in had avocado smears all over it… my order didn’t include avocado lmao. Coffee was good this time tho haha

I find Dunkin’ Donuts on Patriots Road. One of the less preferred ones to go to. The orders are often incorrect. The lines are long and slow moving. And they don’t answer their phone.
