Called to place a to-go order. Doug answered the phone and couldn't care less about his tone or his attitude. After I was done placing my order, I explained that I have an allergy and just wanted him to note it. His response 'yup, got it, no pineapple in the buffalo wings...because it usually comes with pineapple, ma'am' NO Doug, it doesn't usually come with pineapple. However, when placing an order, I should tell you about my allergy so everyone can take a moment and make sure there isn't cross-contamination. He was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I told him to forget about the order if he isn't going to take it seriously, and he said, 'I already did and hung up the phone on me. All for simply stating I have a pineapple allergy? I will never go back to this 99. They don't care about allergies

Was very disappointed we used to go there icebreaker it was a great spot great food service but those days are definitely over after Sas passed away place is gross service is terrible management could care less we walked in to popcorn all over floor manager was doing nothing they only had 1 waiter and he could careless food was just sitting there getting cold and they weren’t even serving it to customers drinks were gross we didn’t even order we asked for check and left we definitely will not back I know people next to us in the bar where saying same thing very sad to see this place like this

I got some takeout and you would think if you spend an extra $2.99 for some asparagus you would actually get a normal portion? No, i guess not at this restaurant. Seems to be a common occurrence when you do take out.

I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants but decided to eat here at the last minute. The French onion soup was really good. I like that they offer cheese and crackers. The prime rib was slightly over cooked but still good. The bar staff is very friendly.

I had dinner here a few nights ago with a few friends. I ordered salmon with butternut squash and rice pilaf. All was delicious! Our service was a little slow, but will definitely return.
At the 99, I had their turkey dinner. The biscuit was the best. The rest of the dinner was good.
My partner ordered a chicken Caesar and was surprised the chicken on the salad came cold. They were very understanding when he explained he didn't want cold chicken.
The server did a good job.
Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free when the Red Sox win.
