Ordered here for the first time. They took over an hour to get the food ready so my dasher messaged me while she was there that they still don't have the food ready. I called the restaurant to speak with Owner and Manager, Adam who tried to say the food has been ready and it's the dasher that was not there. When I called him out on his lie, he hung on me and would not take my calls. A new dasher picked up the order and the restaurant did not send everything I ordered. The food was cold and nasty on top. One of the worst experiences ever and the worst part is, the owner simply did not care. What a shame.
Update, the restaurant posted a follow up message below and just like my conversation with the manager, all lies. Apparently saying I am coming to to restaurant so I can get my own order because they obviously cannot get it ready in time for door dash is being treated as some sort of intimidation. It's important to note, on the follow up there was no mention of the missing food. Stay away from these guys. They blame drivers for their own issues and then continue to spin lies.

We always enjoy the occasional takeout from Anthony’s, but this order blew all of our prior praises out of the water. A local catering company dropped the ball for our son’s 2nd birthday of 50 people with less than 24 hours until guests arrived. With no gruff, and even a training employee, Anthony’s answered our call, and we were able to order & pay within 5 minutes.
Every single one of our guests RAVED about the sheet pizza, fought over buffalo tenders, and couldn’t believe the size of the Italian subs. They even added in a chocolate treat for the birthday boy! Thanj you for saving our son’s party & wow-ing everyone in attendance! We will certainly keep our business with you and recommend to all!!

First of all, the service was terrible—it took over 45 minutes to get a simple order, and the staff seemed indifferent and unprofessional. The pizza tasted bland. The crust was soggy, the toppings were sparse, and the sauce had no flavor. For the price they charge, I expected much better quality. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend the Tewksbury location.
