I took my family here for dinner on a Monday night. We are a small family of 3 with a 2yr old and keep things pretty simple when ordering. We could tell off rip our server just had a really bad attitude and we weren’t going to get the most out of our service. Not a smile or anything to our baby girl to make us feel welcomed. Coming from a previous server, especially one that has worked for Applebees in the past it is frustrating since these are all the things we’re trained on. Anyway, we only got waters to drink and our cups were dirty it took her about 15mins to come back for us to send them back. We ordered as soon as she came back because who knows how long it would take for her to touch back to our table. She decided not to write any of our order down despite the things we were looking to alter with our meal. My burger came out very well done with toppings I requested off. All of our food (aside from our appetizers) came out room temperature. We then proceeded to order dessert so we got the cookie skillet with ice cream + an extra scoop and by the time we got it the ice cream was completely melted into it! To top it off, instead of asking us if we needed any boxes she took the remaining food off of our table and threw it away? Including the barely touched kids meal we were hoping to take home. Overall extremely frustrating and bad experience.

Just a review to comment on the portion size of the bonless wings. This is was $12.99 gets you, was pretty dissapointed.
Otherwise everything was pretty good. Server had a lot of tables, but she was freindly and attentive.

Went for my sons birthday and it was just an awful experience. Table next to us blasting music and singing. I said i was uncomfortable and overstimulated and waitress said nothing. Burger came out completely wrong so my family was half done before i even began eating. Everyones food was cold. We mentioned it was my sons birthday and there was no singing or dessert. We were never checked on during the meal, and waitress never really even came back so we had to pay with the electronic thing on the table. It was just honestly a huge bummer because my son was so excited.
