The atmosphere is great, my friends quesadillas looked AWESOME!..BUT, my burger where the meat was WAY to small and it looked like a joke..seriously the burgers size was a little under 1/3 the bun! Everything else was great and I would go back and try them quesadillas..lol.

we have been going since they opened and every time we go we're in & out within the hour, the food is delicious & the servers are fast & efficient but today NONE of our usual experience happened. Our server Bronte was HORRIBLE. She didn't come to our table once in 45 minutes. I had to step in front before she entered the kitchen just to get our refills. The table behind us didn't even get approached once in the 30 minutes of them getting sat. She then continued to talk negative about us in the kitchen walkway right in front of us. She didn't even have the decency to hide from us talking negative about us. I have been going there for years and I will NEVER step foot inside again thanks to Bronte. The manager was kind of enough to pack our food before we left for free but honestly I didn't even eat the food from how horrible the expierence was I didn't trust Bronte not to spit in our food .. I will be calling corporate in the morning because I'm shocked by how bad our server was today.
We waited for almost one hour to get our food and the place was not that busy on a Sunday at 3 pm. We were in a party of six and all of the six orders came wrong. Two extra items that we ordered didn’t come, and the bill also came wrong. The waitress changed the bill three times and we decided to leave with the third bill that was also wrong. We asked for more coffee and after the third time asking it finally came, but no milk even when asked. Tewksbury MA

Sucked
Service was meh. Waitress stood by opening into kitchen and just stared at us and then started talking to other servers, while still looking in our direction before even coming up to us after 10 min wait just for a drink.

Manager is useless and unfair. Gave me a room temperature burger and dry, cold chicken. I complained and they still tried to charge me for it. Our server didn’t even check on us at all. Several orders wrong (one never was even made)and highly disappointed in management. No one even apologized I had to fight to remove anything from my bill. Birthday lunch ruined. And what’s on this Mac and cheese?? Any guesses? Managers name Solanda or something.

We had a nice server , she made a difference after the first few minutes were weird. The host was almost like a robot , but not rude, he didn't give us the breakfast menu but lunch and he should have asked which ones we wanted ( like I witnessed him asked before. We asked a staff( looks like server for a bf menu and jzz, she was rude. No word and came back and just tossed them basically on the table. We were so turned off, but thank God our server saved the whole experience right after. She was so sweet and clearly working for her money and seem to be into her job.
The food was good. Not too hefty of a portion which is ok. Parking was a bit crazy , maybe just the timing but a tough parking area especially with snow.
Overall , nothing to hate.

I have not been to a Cracker Barrel in a long time and now I remember why. The service was very poor and even though the place was very empty they put us in the far back corner where we were completely alone. Our food was okay but nothing special at all. They didn’t even bring us bread and butter plates after we asked for biscuits and corn muffins. We had to eat of napkins. I don’t think we will ever be back.
Kid-friendliness: Asked for a high chair and the host brought one right away.

Over all was very good. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The only reason I gave the food a 4 is because the meatloaf seemed to be sitting around a bit. It was burnt around the edges and you could not cut it in slices, it crumbled. Good taste but felt like it was yesterday’s meatloaf.

My family and I went to eat there for the first time. We told the server Telma it was our first time eating there. She looked at us like ok and when we ask for a menu in a different language she walk away like ugh or something she didn’t want to look for. When we order and waited for our food, when it came out meat was like really hard to eat and the amount of food we got like portion didn’t same well served. We didn’t any napkins at all we felt discrimination. When we saw other had them we were like why didn’t we get a loins the moment the food was served. We never had kind of service like this before.

The waitress made me feel like we were inconveniencing her by asking for condiments. At one point, I asked another younger waitress for a glass of ice and she completely blew me off. Not all things on the menu were available. Not the service I remember front the past. I always use please and thank you to service staff.

Service slow and food all cold. Very disappointed and I’m Cracker Customer for years. Too many price increases too. It’s not a affordable family place anymore
I was disappointed that they only has a limited menu because the following day was Christmas.
