About 90% of the time there are coffee grounds in my cup of coffee and when it sits it tastes horrible...and the coffee cups always leak constantly.... I liked it when they used Styrofoam cups worked so much better and keeps coffee hotter.... other than that the food is usually pretty good and wish they had butter nut crunch munkins or boston creme munchkins
There should be Way More Stars to Give to those, for that Special Lady that served me tonight a Hot Chocolate. Her Customer Service Skills were Impeccable in a Very Giving Friendly Humble way.. She would put the Rest of the 4 other Dunkin establishments to Shame. Thank you very much.
Dunkin’ is alright; kinda limited menu and coffee I find too hot to drink. Their croissants with bacon and cheese are especially tasty, but not pleasing as when they were offered at nearly half price for two for awhile. (Limited time offer, apparently) Usually worth a stop, with typically only brief waits….
