I just went thru the drive thru today and ordered 2 powdered donuts mind you not every dunkin carried them I get home to find a chocolate frosted and a glazed like wtf is so hard about your job all you need is to listen now I’m out 4$ and have donuts I won’t eat so thanks for another screw up I’ll be there for my actual donuts tomoorow when I’m back in Tewksbury

The place was practically empty, it took them 20 minutes just to make two coffees - only for one of them to be not what I asked for (I asked for an half decaf iced coffee, and they gave me a cold brew) - and there were flies crawling all over the donuts. Not to mention it took them a good 5 minutes for them to even notice me in line.

Very confused as to why in the app, a medium ice French vanilla latte with oatmilk is $6.73 after tax, yet I’m being charged $8.66 at the window. Also very confused as to why when ordering oatmilk, I received almond milk, which for me, thankfully, isn’t an allergy, but for some people it is.This location isn’t consistent with making their drinks or their pricing.

Staff is extremely rude. Lady taking our order in drive through was very mean and had an attitude with us as soon as we started our order, which was just a coffee and a sandwich. Not going back here

I’ve come here for ONE iced cappuccino in the drive thru, it took them more than 15min to make my drink. I was the only one in the drive thru and in the front, there was two young girls and one older woman inside. They took two customers that walked in while I was waiting for my one drink, they got a bunch of food, drinks, left, someone got there through there got their order and left also and I was still waiting. When I asked why it was talking so long one of the young girls gave me a bad attitude and rolled their eyes at me. I had to drive off because no one gave me my order. If you don’t wanna work on a Sunday afternoon just call out, I’ve worked at a Dunkin before and I know how it is, but it’s just not ok to make someone wait for that long for a single drink and then treat them bad when they ask the reason why.

Poor service, rude staff. Waited for about 5 minutes while two women were ignoring us. Eventually got served by rude girl. There were no napkins, when we asked we were totally ignored. Never going back here, switching to Starbucks down the street.
