Workers are terrible and rude. Either they are giving attitude for no other reason than they hate their jobs or they just act flat our rude. When they get your order wrong (which is often) they blame it on you at the window and say rude and disrespectful things to your face. Such as this morning I had an awful experience with a frail, yellow blonde, old woman with heavy makeup, because she gave me a small drink instead of the large I ordered and assumed I had payed for. I politely corrected her and she went on a 2 minute long rant about how she needs to double charge me because Im trying to change my order after ordering to avoid paying more. This was obviously not the case. Although her behavior was extremely odd and uncalled for, I do feel for her because I wouldn’t be too happy if I was working at Dunkin at 60 years old either!

I just went thru the drive thru today and ordered 2 powdered donuts mind you not every dunkin carried them I get home to find a chocolate frosted and a glazed like wtf is so hard about your job all you need is to listen now I’m out 4$ and have donuts I won’t eat so thanks for another screw up I’ll be there for my actual donuts tomoorow when I’m back in Tewksbury

Asked for something simple and got attitude by drive through worker and they didn’t even melt the sugar….wont ever go here again bunch rude people besides the older lady who took my debit card
They don’t like to give your coffee how you like :) last 3 times i ordered coffee and said no sugar pls … and of course every time it come with sugar :)

The place was practically empty, it took them 20 minutes just to make two coffees - only for one of them to be not what I asked for (I asked for an half decaf iced coffee, and they gave me a cold brew) - and there were flies crawling all over the donuts. Not to mention it took them a good 5 minutes for them to even notice me in line.

Very confused as to why in the app, a medium ice French vanilla latte with oatmilk is $6.73 after tax, yet I’m being charged $8.66 at the window. Also very confused as to why when ordering oatmilk, I received almond milk, which for me, thankfully, isn’t an allergy, but for some people it is.This location isn’t consistent with making their drinks or their pricing.
