was very disappointed with the woman working drive through middle aged spanish woman really bad attitude and was rude , i typically never leave reviews but she had a attitude and she should’ve listened to what i ordered instead of giving a attitude when i pulled up was a very simple order only 2 things 🤨

Woman at the register was super helpful with my Mom and my kids. Very engaging, didn’t mind answering questions. Place was clean and the new cookies were amazing.
Parking: Kind of tricky to get out of the lot. I wouldn’t recommend going left.

I went to this Dunkin 03/21/2024 at 8:20pm. They do not close until 9. They told me they threw away all their food and do not cook anything because their ovens are cleaning 40 minutes before they even close. I went the other night at 7:45pm and they said the same thing. If you serve food, you should be serving it until 9pm. I have worked for Dunkin’s before and we were not allowed to throw anything out until the store is closed.

I have no patience for locations that don’t put cream cheese on the bagel and who discontinue staple menu items like corn muffins, like this location and have irritable employees to boot. I settled for a coffee cake and right before I pulled up to the window I decided not to take the coffee cake because it’s for my dad who is 80 and I wanted to get him what he wanted and there’s another Dunkin across the street. I tell the employee right away before I put my hands on any bags so as not to make the muffin . The person huffed and said in annoyed tone of voice and said “well I’ll have to get my manager to void it!” It’s not my problem if it’s a hassle to void, I didn’t set up the void protocol. And it turns out the one across the street has discontinued corn muffins too. You’re better off going to any of the ones on Rt 38 &129 in Wilmington, I drive by and go to them all the time, never had a bad experience
