I went to this Dunkin 03/21/2024 at 8:20pm. They do not close until 9. They told me they threw away all their food and do not cook anything because their ovens are cleaning 40 minutes before they even close. I went the other night at 7:45pm and they said the same thing. If you serve food, you should be serving it until 9pm. I have worked for Dunkin’s before and we were not allowed to throw anything out until the store is closed.

Would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely the WORST customer service this morning. The lady who was at the drive-thru speaker was terribly rude. Will NOT ever return as I deserve to be spoken to like a normal human being.

I have no patience for locations that don’t put cream cheese on the bagel and who discontinue staple menu items like corn muffins, like this location and have irritable employees to boot. I settled for a coffee cake and right before I pulled up to the window I decided not to take the coffee cake because it’s for my dad who is 80 and I wanted to get him what he wanted and there’s another Dunkin across the street. I tell the employee right away before I put my hands on any bags so as not to make the muffin . The person huffed and said in annoyed tone of voice and said “well I’ll have to get my manager to void it!” It’s not my problem if it’s a hassle to void, I didn’t set up the void protocol. And it turns out the one across the street has discontinued corn muffins too. You’re better off going to any of the ones on Rt 38 &129 in Wilmington, I drive by and go to them all the time, never had a bad experience
A couple of times I witnessed things that actually made my stomach turn... I was going through the drive-through... And somebody was taking out some trash. It was a woman who was working there and she actually spit and wiped her mouth with the back of her hand. It turned my stomach because I know that she probably went in and prepared people's orders right after that.. I'm sorry but that is not the 1st time I have witnessed something like that at this Duncan's. It made me sick.I have given this place another shot I go in and I watch what they do. I don't think everybody who works there is dirty this was a few years ago but it literally made my stomach turn. I read a few reviews here and I guess other people have had similar experiences. I guess my point is if you are working in a food industry and you are serving the public don't spit and wipe your mouth with the back of your hand where people can see you. Absolutely unacceptable and gross behavior.

The worst dunkins iv been to. three orders in a month wrong. Went back today because they gave me ice coffee instead of ice tea. Told them they needed to fix it. Kid behind counter ask me if I was asking or telling him. When i told him to fix it pretty much told me stick it manage came over and told me to leave the store. The worst crew i have ever witnessed. If the owner doesnt do something with teach the crew how to deal with costumers there will be a problem at some point
